Don't buy from this company! I bought a football top over 3 months ago that arrived only yesterday. I also didn't get a confirmation email of my purchase with an order number. I tried emailing the company and phoning to find out what was happening and got no reply. During this time a bought another top, so now I have 2. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Do not use this company. Take your money but do not deliver the goods. Even paid extra for next day delivery, that was 10 weeks ago. Trying to get my money back.

Some delay due to a backlog of orders attributed to Covid but good communication throughout. Very pleased as to the quality when it did arrive.

Good service. Package arrived within the expected period, updates sent every step, product's quality as expected.

This has been my worst online shopping experience ever and the worst costomer service I have ever expereinced. First the was over priced. I should Have gone with a cheaper solution but needed the jersey quickly. Second, the item described was not what I got. There was no indication that the jersey I ordered would go to a third party. The sizing was off. The costomer service responds with no direction, just questions and demads for documents and proof of their failure, when they should have all this in their system. Just horrible. Stay away from this company.

Ordered 2 shirts as seen on the website with zero customisation, neither of which were the correct sizing (aside from the quality being quite poor - nothing close to a normal football shirt but similar pricing) and refunds on both were rejected on the basis that they had some printing on. Impossible to contact customer service and poor communication. Purchase at your peril...

Their website claimed that if you complete your purchase by a certain time, and picked express shipping, which was about 40% more than the cost of standard shipping, you would get your product in TWO days. THREE days later, I get an email that my order is just being shipped. I contacted them, and Simon said I "selectively read that - it also states there is an additional lead time for printing." The statement I read was right there, under the size selection field... in bright highlighted letters.
So ok, 3 days for printing, but my order hasn't arrived, FOUR days after shipping. So what did I pay express shipping for?? Total scam.
