I am presently restoring an 85 year old bicycle. This company sourced all the parts I needed to complete the restoration. The staff were friendly and helpful, and reflect good customer service, so rare these days.

Great service from start through to handover of purchasing bike, spent nearly two hours with Paul going through set up and also technical aspects of the Gen 4.
Superb range of bikes and wealth of experience John and Paul couldn't be more helpful.

What an incredible experience at Don Skene Cycles. During our purchase of AMFlow we were treated with the warmest welcome, our bike was received so quickly, and all guys at the shop are real heroes, very competent, friendly, professional and do a top quality work.

Replaced casette, chain and sprockef in less than 5days, and less than £150.

Have been using them for 55 years, bought my first motorcycle there when they had a Suzuki franchise. Discovered a snapped spoke on the rear of my electric bike, so took it in to them. The four or five staff members looked as if I'd just wheeled in an atomic isotope, then said they wouldn't tackle it because it was electric, though they sell electric bikes! I suggested my local car garage would be pretty useless with that philosophy and left. Get with the programme guys it's the 21st century.

Its time to big up a LBS ……Don Skeene cardiff ….. dropped my bike off on saturday with motor issues and all sorted and collected Monday afternoon

Fantastic service for Jon and Paul again replacing a Gen 1 battery with no quibble. Also recommended my mates who have bought Specialized Gen 2 and Gen 3 bikes and again after service has been second to none. Thank you guys.

After experiencing very poor service from Tredz and not having use of my ebike for 8 weeks. I took my ebike to Paul at Don Skene. Paul confidently predicted he would fix it by the following day, which he did and it has worked perfectly since. I will be buying my next bike from Don Skene and would recommend them to anyone thinking of buying an ebike.
