Absolutely amazing
Where do I start with Team RH?
My favourite thing is that no foods are off limits, its about balance and sustainable weight loss that you can continue long term. I can make healthier choices thanks to the app and still have my carrot cake slice! The calories i have been set arent unrealistic so I can comfortably stay in them and I am losing weight at a steady consistent pace of 2lb a week which I am very happy with.
The app is amazing, I am autistic and I find it really easy to navigate. The images of the food when you search and the barcode scanner make it super easy for me to find the food I am looking for and make it nice to look at, there are also recipies and workouts to help you!
Your goals are clear and you also learn about why you need to hit these goals so you have a better understanding.
It holds me accountable by giving me bolts for each target I hit so I can see how well I'm doing over long term and it shows you your weekly average for your targets.
There is a personal members group which the coaches post in regularly to keep you motivated and it really is a good group. Members are supporting eachother and celebrating eachothers wins its a great group which really makes me feel good!
If you are struggling you can request 1to1 support with the coaches which I havent needed yet as the app has got me going at a good pace but its nice to know its there if i need it!
The app is a really really good price for everything you get and I would recommend it to everyone

Brilliant app, everything is explained in simple terms with expert help available, great supplements and as for the protein powder, its a different level, great tasting flavours and good value for money. You can tailor your days menu to suit you, just be honest and track and weigh everything. It fits around my chaotic working hours and it works as ive lost 39 lbs since Feb this year. Simple to use , no over thinking and it's my life style now not a quick fix but explains your calories, macros and your daily steps. Great friendly community with lots of recipe ideas , my advice is do it, join up, you won't regret it, well done Richie and team, outstanding work to create something that is helping so many people to reach their fitness potential.

Slightly early days but I'll say this
Slightly early days but I'll say this, when trying to log a food the lack of ease at being able to 'portion' that food is just very annoying. The food database relies on big brand items (yes you can input your own recipes etc) - apart from the nice pictures I couldn't really say this trumps my fitness pal. There are a number of things that could improve the app, easier said than done if the sun is always shining...
