HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - DON'T DO THEIR SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE
I like their Colon Cleanse tea but they have horrible customer service. If you do the subscription service, they don't send a notice that it's time for your next shipment to give you an opportunity to delay (like all other subscription plans I subscribe to). They provided an initial response but then never responded afterwards. I contacted multiple times and even called to get in touch with a supervisor. They provided the supervisor's email but still no response.
Sued For False & Shady Advertising Practices in 2020
Sued by the FTC for false benefits claims (such as "cancer cell combating properties") and shady/misleading advertising practices in 2020. Company is connected to Scientology through the CEO, who is a prominent member of the "church" with lots of high-ranking family members. Working here felt like being a part of a cult, as they forced employees to take courses that they offer in Scientology, implementing a lot of their lingo and practices into day to day routines. CEO was verbally abusive toward employees and every department experiences insane micromanagement. Do not support this company! Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service! My package was returned to sender 9/28/24 per the usps tracker. I emailed them and no response, I tried the chat feature and no response. I’ve never seen such horrid customer service so now I’ve filed a payment dispute because I have no product so why pay for it. This company seems to have a history of customer service complaints and delivery issues. I will never order again. Shady business practices for sure.
Package lost and you do nothing about it!
Your customer service is very poor. I have not received my package. I've contacted the local postal service and they tell me to contact you because they've made a mistake. Now I contact you for help and all you can tell me is check with the neighbours and emails. As if I've not done that already. PEOPLE when you live outside US. Don't even bother ordering here. Your package get lost and they do nothing about it!
Absolutely terrible company
Absolutely terrible company, DO NOT RECOMMEND. I purchased a bundle that I wasn’t happy with; as it was not effective at all. I kept getting basic email replies back saying all sales are final; and they were not even trying to help the customer (me, a first time customer) at all.

Pure Disappointment
I placed an order for three products from Teami Blends on 2/23/2023 (order number: 1783008). I purchased their triple berry protein powder, gut health triple berry powder and Skinny detox tea. I received my order yesterday, 3/2/2023 and opened the protein powder this morning. Unfortunately, the after taste is horrible and I had to dump out the remainder of the drink as I was not able to finish it. I immediately contacted their customer service this afternoon to inquire about a refund. I was told that all sales are final and no refunds or exchanges. I truly find this unacceptable to not at least offer an exchange for a product that is not good. It is outrageous that I am now stuck with a terrible product that I literally cannot consume. I am requesting a refund for the price of the product ($22.40) or at the very least, a store credit. I have been a customer with this company since 2017 and have never came across any issues with their products until now. I have filed a complaint with BBB and they have ignored the contact attempts. Buyer beware. Do not trust this company.
Scam of a Company
Their products do not work, the tea gives terrible cramps. I tried their subscriptions over 6 months ago, cancelled them, and then they just reactivated. I asked them to cancel the same day I received the notification I had been charged, they told me to manage my subscriptions. I told them I did not active them, asked for proof I had, they asked if my email address was correct...the one they were emailing me at! It has now been two weeks, they are not responding, won't give me a phone number, and refuse to refund me. They said a 5 day notice goes out, I asked for proof of that, they sent me the 3 notices sent in one day showing I was charged and it was shipping. This company is a scam, their customer service doesn't exist. I have reached out to them on all social media platforms with no response. I tried to submit reviews, since they are not 5 stars they won't be published.
I love the packaging
I love the packaging ! I started taking the immunity & antioxidants and I can’t stop hahaha I don’t know if it’s not recommended to eat 10+ per day… the box only says 2. I thought I was only enjoying them because I was hungry but even after I ate, I still found them delicious

I bought face masks from their website. The carrier couldn't deliver the package to me for some reason. The package has been returned to the seller, and they don't refund my money and offer a gift card or replacement. I want my money back.
This is a sham company!
I bought the facial wash. LOVED it and THEN it went bad. It is not expired. It just developed a really bad odor. I tried to call, write; write and call and have NEVER had a reply. I was assigned a fancy "case"# but that's all. I went to FB. I tried there to get a reply. Because the product was open BELKS wouldn't take it back. I will NEVER USE TEAMI anything.
Great products
I started using their supplements late last year after hearing Bethany Frankel extol the virtues of the products. I trust Bethany and believe she would not endorse a product that she didn’t believe in. I started with Teami greens, collagen, Wellness Berry and Gut Love probiotics. I love them. I drink one drink with either all the products or pick what I seem to be needing any given day. I have energy, but am not shaky. I feel nourished. I love all of their products and think the longer I’m using them the better I will look and feel.

Zero stars if possible. I kick myself for not reading reviews here about this company prior to purchase.
Zero customer support, no delivery of products after 5 weeks, queries about shipping status thrown back at the customer who is asked to approach the courier company. For a company with 1.1M followers on Instagram, entry into Target stores, daily marketing emails, daily social media updates, perhaps it would be better for your company's reputation to address the more important issue at hand, i.e. your customers.
Note too that after trying emails, website enquiries, I resorted to leaving a question on their Instagram feed only to have my query deleted. If you wonder why every comment on their IG feed is so positive in contrast to their feedback here, the reason is that their social media channels are heavily edited and biased feeds.
I bought their products based on their impressive marketing...needless to say, I feel stupid for being duped by all the gloss. All I can say is beware buying from this company. And needless to say, I still don't have the over USD$180 worth of products I ordered.

I placed my order on the 12th of December and with the confirmation and promised to be delivered after 7-12days After 3days I checked the tracking but nothing was happening and on the 21st of December tracking says shipment in route to US export warehouse and on the 1st of January departed terminal location in Dublin,January 5 processed to delivery and on the 19th of January it says delivered to SEMINOLE FL,i got confused my address is in Dublin and it was delivered in Seminole FL,what the heck?I sent 4 emails even tried the chat bot but they just gave me reference code and they will get back to me hello teamiblends what is happening???I did not received any answer from my emails even from the chat bot that promised of getting back within 24-72 hours it’s more than 72hrs. already what date it is now?
Hope I can get my answer through this review .I purchased it with hard earned money and i did not receive any product. I don’t want to write any of these but I did not receive any answer from teamiblends.

Either refund my money or send me the product first time ordering probably be the last should of checked reviws before ordering.
Poor customer service
I placed an order of their product last Dec 24, 2021. Received a shipping confirmation Dec 27,2021. I keep on tracking and waiting for the package but when I tracked the package still in shipped. Not moving. I emailed the service of Teami Blends, message in IG and Facebook. Costumer service is very poor. They keep on promise to deliver it soon. And finally they gave me a store credit to replace my order, but the problem is the cost of shipping is not covered. It is not right that I pay for shipping again when this error occurred on their end. Now i need to email again. Need to refund my money. Its a hard earned money and they should do a refund.

Teami Customer Service Doesn't Exist!
I placed an order on December 26, 2021. Received an email on December 27, 2021 that it shipped. Of course, I track its whereabouts to know when I should expect it in the mail...it hasn't moved past "Shipping Label Created-USPS Awaiting Item". I placed another order on January 7th, 2022 and received a confirmation email that it shipped on January 10th 2022. That one says it's at a regional facility as I write this. As for my other order, I have been reaching out to customer service, who never responded. The stupid bot wouldn't even forward me to an actual person. It just gives me a message that there are no agents available, and there never is. I contact them by email and still got no response and no update. I paid for my items...so where are they?! This is the first time I had an issue with this company and it's got me at my wits end at this experience. Oh, and don't join the rewards. It claims it gives you bonus points when it's your birthday, but it doesn't. My birthday was logged into it prior to my birthday, which is in December, and I was a high rank on the rewards tier, and I never received bonus points.
Update as of 01/16/2022:
Because Teami customer service doesn't exist, I had since had to file a missing mail search, and last time I had a missing package usps only contacted me MONTHS later to say they couldn't find any trace of it so the seller must not have shipped it. So this has to be the case here!
I sent an email to this horrible company AGAIN, only to get a cocky response about emailing them more than once, (yet they clearly commented on here to write to that email AGAIN, because they act like they never get emails!), instead of responding about why my order was never brought to a usps facility so I can have what I paid for, some idiot just tells me to not write anymore emails in regards to my order and wait for usps to respond. I have had missing mail searches opened before and they always say they never had the package in their possession!
I have since received my January 7th 2022 order on 01/14/2022, so why is it so hard to actually ship my 12/26/2021 order?! I want my order!
Oh, and people are right when they say they only respond by social media posts because i don't use instagram or Facebook because that's for ugly brain dead's only, so I posted a comment on their YouTube channel and they had the nerve to ask me to provide my personal information in a public comment so everyone in the world can have my information! I know YouTubers and even on other social media platforms, delete evidence so it can't be used later. Obviously they still haven't heard of screenshots!
