Not the authentic connamon
The cinnamon I picked up was not the genuine flavoursome cinnamon....it was just cassia I think...It had very little flavour...I was disappointed

We would like to clarify a few important facts for complete transparency. Tea & Me uses only 100% genuine Ceylon cinnamon (true cinnamon)—never cassia. Each pack carries a QR code on the box that links directly to the Certificate of Origin, clearly verifying its authenticity.
In your review, you mentioned that you “think” the cinnamon may be cassia. We’d like to clarify that this assumption is not accurate. True Ceylon cinnamon can be identified by its multiple thin, paper-like layers, which are clearly visible on the sticks. Cassia, in contrast, is thick, hard, and made of a single dense layer.
Additionally, authentic Ceylon cinnamon is naturally mild, refined, and aromatic, not aggressively spicy. Customers accustomed to cassia often mistake this gentle profile as a lack of flavour, whereas it is in fact a key marker of purity.
We do not deal in bulk, mixed, or adulterated cinnamon at any stage.
