We have just started implementing this…
We have just started implementing this at our school, and the results are already astounding! We have a lot of athlete crossover, so the management of their workloads mixed with our strength and conditioning classes has been such a smooth transition. The record keeping, as well as the updates in real time is something that our coaches and athletes love! The support we received from the Teambuildr team has been second to none is getting us up to speed as coaches! Keep up the great work!

Work to be done
What I would like to see is an option to write programs that you can assign people to. And that program is then usable again without rewriting it.
The whole platform I believe not that user friendly for team sports which is surprising given the name. The ability to build pitch based sessions is lacking and setting conditioning in the gym also poor.
The layout of sets and reps is confusing and not clear

Hi Daniel, thanks for the valuable feedback. Are you familiar with our new feature Free Form Programming? This feature was released 2 months ago and does precisely what you mentioned: Allows coaches to assign individuals or teams/groups to programming, as opposed to using calendar assignment. I have sent an email with a video tutorial of this new feature. Furthermore, I am keen to hear your recommendations on improving conditioning and setxrep assignments. We are currently designing a large overhaul of our calendar builder and would like to get your feedback into that process.

Hewitt and his team are awesome. Ryan was super helpful, breaking down the program for me and our strength coach. The TeamBuildr program itself is intuitive and easy to use...it will really help elevate our game in terms of tracking progress. I love the user-friendlyness of the app…
I love the user-friendlyness of the app for both trainers and clients. I used to have two apps for training (one for teams and another for PT), but now I exclusively use Teambuildr.
One thing I do wish we could have however is more scheduling/attendance features within the app. And as a small trainer, less pricing tiers.
