Ordered some loose leaf for my mom's birthday because she's always drinking tea. She loved it so much I ended up ordering for myself. The earl grey is really good, not bitter at all.

I decided to switch up my routine and bought a couple of their grandma's darden fruit blend and the bourbon vanilla rooibos. The flavors are incredibly punchy without needing to add any sweeteners. I've been brewing large pitchers to keep in the fridge for cold tea, and it turns out absolutely fantastic every time. The sturdy resealable pouches are a nice touch too, keeping the leaves super fresh in my pantry.

Tea itself is great, no complaints there. Took almost 2 weeks to arrive though which was longer than expected. Would still order again but plan ahead.

Got the matcha sampler to try different grades. Actually tastes like matcha now, way better than what I was buying before.

Well what can I say if I could give 10* it wouldn’t be enough! The products are amazing. Superb quality. I purchased four different items & here are my comments regarding three of those. The Dubai Pistachio bars are absolutely delicious! The ginger is incredible with just the right amount of heat to it. Organic Matcha Coconut Drink is to die for. It’s so smooth & creamy had it as a Latte with Oat Milk but will try it with some coconut milk soon. The blend of the Matcha is incredible dissolved without any issue. I will definitely be purchasing more items & highly recommend this company. Well done TEALYRA!

I have ordered 10 different Green Teas to find out which one I would like best to order on a regular basis. Result: all are of incredibly high quality and taste great. I'm very pleased with the teas, but also with the service: they were kind and forthcoming, as I must have entered my post code wrong, so the parcel was sent back to Tealyra. After we found the mistake, they sent me the parcel again, free of cost. This will definitely be my new supplier for my Japanese green teas. Before, I was buying from the Japan centre in Panton Street, thinking the Japanese should know best about their country's products. Not so: Any green tea I've tasted from Tealyra beats even the most expensive Gyokuro from the Japan centre.

Products are great - when they are in stock , which isn’t v often! - customer service is non existent - they completely ignore you - I tried to find out when the Rose instant will be available to order again - don’t understand why a company would ignore a customer who buys from them regularly.

I received a delivery of their glass teapot on August 1. The teapot lid had not even been attached to the hinge and so was just loose. Should never have passed QA let alone packed and sent to a customer. Every day since then (7days) I have tried to contact customer care via their website, 2 e-mail addresses, left voice messages and just SILENCE!! Avoid this seller.

Well, I need to start informing that moringa is not that good as they say. My experience was really negative. One week taking moringa and I was couple times at the hospital with severe abdominal pain, vomits and nausea. I was asked if I was taking any medication but the prescribed, and I had to say Moringa. Of course the doctor gave me hard time. I went home, after medication for pain and stopped immediately with Moringa and today I m feeling better. Don’t do stupid things and don’t believe in everything you see in the internet. I had a hard time. Already requested to return and refund. No answer received yet. I know I will take the loss. Whatever. Stay away from this shady products.

This tea is super amazing, delicious and you can tell that is made with pure ingredients, not all of the stuff that we cannot pronounce. It is made with God's natural herbs and you will love each cup.
