Had an issue with only a 3.5g arriving though I ordered 14g. After emailing the support team I received a friendly reply saying they would send the 14g and I could have the 3.5g for free. I received the full order a couple of days later and the product is great.

is ridiculous this website i ordered 3 times and the 3 times always got it late even paying the 24 tracked royal mail, i ordered on Saturday 3 and today is 7 and still not got it i text them via email and they dont answer….. 🤦‍♂️😡

Ordered crunchy Kush and Candy Kush and got a double serving of the Crunchy Kush which was nice of Tealerlabs...but it looked nothing like the product advertised ..what I got was some what resembled Thai weed @ best...and lots of sticks ..won't be ordering again ..luckily I got a 50% discount when I purchased the product..otherwise I'd never pay those prices ...my medication flower is cheaper and top shelf compared to what turned up...

I paid for 24hr tracked delivery service, got in touch with the shop and had no response, bad customer service which is why I’m giving it a 3 star, the item showed up 4 days later, good product, customer service skills need work, apart from the service and delivery delay everything seems good

Ordered Lucky Charms mini buds and Hash and only received the mini buds. No reply to email. Won’t use again

They can be a tad slow with delivery. But it always shows up. They will sometimes add a little extra in aswell (they did for me doubled up one of my bags).

I’ve used them for a fair few months now. Would recommend to anyone who wants alternative to THC

I spent £40 on two orders paid an extra £4pound on 24 hour delivery and I still haven't received there product. I've emailed them twice and have received no response. I will not be ordering from them again.

I have ordered on friday the 4th.
Paid for 24hour shipping, got sent the tracking 2 days ago. Which has not updated past "we are expecting your parcel"
Yet eveything including the auto email was changed to dispatched.

I then emailed consistently every day with no replies!

I have used this service quite consistently and never had this issue before, it always arrived next day but im now on day 5 and nothing.

Additonally they advertise free samples, in all my orders i never got any just my orders.

This somehow has become vrfu poor service especially communication.

I am absolutely outraged. I placed an order on tealerlab.de on March 13th and still haven’t received anything. The support team hasn’t replied to me in a while, and when I called them, they said they were handling it — but nothing has been resolved since then. I have a tracking number and everything, but they still refuse to send my package. Meanwhile, they’re still holding on to my money. I would seriously think twice before buying from them. I truly hope they see this and reach out to me, because this whole situation is just disappointing.

Misleading advertising.

Advertising makes this appear this is cannabis, and say "we can't say the name of this plant".... You can it's hemp CBD.
Stay away and use one of the trusted medical pharmacie rather than this guy making a advert from his dining room. 😂

Great site, with lots of choice and loads of new surprises on a regular basis. Never had any issues with deliveries and always arrive quite quickly.

Took alittle longer than hoped but it came and it was brilliant how ever 🤣 i am sad the bag was blank as ive come acustom to collecting but brilliant other than that

Amended review, products turned up just a little late, the 24hour tracked is not a thing but it does turn up , UK 🇬🇧

Paid extra for 24hr delivery, emailed quite a few times, with no response at all!
I'm not poor, but £100 is £100! That i could have easily funded our local black market with, and received my goods in 15 t 20 minutes!
But thought I'd try something new that was recommended to me by an avid thc smoker, as I no longer want to buy from gangster's or mail order some tumbled bud from a contact I have from a certain place!
So far am extremely pissed off with, the lack of response and well over the 24hr period I've paid for!
If it ever turns up! I'll not be buying from them again!

It's been almost 2 months since my order, sent about 10 emails already didn't get a single reply.

Terrible customer service, I ordered hash and gummies. However only received the gummies. I have emailed four times but am just going around in circles. There is not a joined up approach, I get a different person message back each time and was then told they had not received any emails! Absolutely ridiculous, just be aware if something goes wrong you have lost your money. I will not be ordering again.

Got here eventually, with a bit more for inconvience.
Will use again.
