My experience during the workshop
It teaches me the core mindset of being agile and help me to understand what is agile and what is NOT. Clears out a lot of misconception about what it is to be agile means and it kind of give me an idea on how to implement it on my work environment. The workshop also taught me about scrum, one of the agile framework with clarity on what it actually does by showing me how it works in practice. Will definitely recommend this if you want to learn more about Agile mindset and Scrum framework.
