The items took a very long time to confirm order and despatch (more than 10 days when I paid for next day delivery). I sent two emails chasing, I received no response to both which demonstrates customer service is nonexistent. Therefore, I would caution others from buying directly from the company as you run the potential risk of not receiving the item you paid for.
Online purchase was not fulfilled. No answers to e-mails and calls. No possibility to cancel the order. It is great tea but only purchase in store at Selfridges or other bricks and mortar retailers.
