Took the money upfront and provided guidance only for the setup but the team didnot respond after that and we are stuck with an app without any assistance. We neither can make changes ourselves nor we are getting any support from them.

They have the worst services ever , they never pick up any calls , no response to the emails and worst customer care.
They have also taken the entire payment first hand & are still unresponsive
