Love these pads
Love these pads, nice bright patterns, comfortable and they do what they are supposed to. Saved me so much money on disposables over the years and so much more environmentally friendly.

Was impressed at first
Was impressed at first, however all minky ones started to leak and they are about 2-3years old. Just soak through and stain pants. Other cotton top ones no problems. They do hold the shape, which I like, however they are bulky, so I need to choose clothes accordingly. Discovered other brands that I prefer so will not be coming back to this brand. Shared my concern, was asked to send items back to be looked at, did not feel that I was believed, was told noone else has this issue.

I'm sorry that I made you feel that you were not believed, that was never my intention.
The reason I ask for pads to be sent back if this happens is to see if there is an internal failure. The issue was it was only the minky ones and it was all of them but not your cotton ones and that's the "I've never had this issue". The material used I could see a failure in 1 but not all of them, so I asked for them back to have a look at them, get a resolution for both of us that is not me guessing what's went wrong. 2-3 years is no where near the 10 years minimum we promise to replace on and that's why I asked for them to be returned, I need to get to the bottom of the issue.
I have replaced a handful of pads that have not lasted our lifespan promise but its never been 2-3 years its been in the 5 almost 6 years when it was a 75 wash promise.
As I don't have a website number I can't see what you ordered, I know the standard backing from 2021 forward is totally waterproof and should not leak through the bottom, if it was windpro it could be compression leaks, but I can't tell you this without having the pads. I'm sorry if our conversation did not convey this, I'm a one person shop and I might have been really busy when I responded to your reply and it may not have been as in-depth as it should have been, but I do stand by the I've never had this issue, especially at 2-3 years and with only 1 type of topper.
please send the pads back for a resolution.

The customer service is outstanding
The customer service is outstanding. There’s a really good knowledge of the product and everything related to it. The designs are great and make your time of the month a bit more bouji. The choice and variety is huge. I love these pads and I’ll be using this company for all my period products. I’d give more stars if I could.

Loyal customer, highly satisfied with product
I am a long-time (7+ years) customer and there's a good reason for this! The products are of amazing quality, beautiful, soft, long lasting, comfortable to use, wash well, do their job amazingly.... I could continue! For everything from panty liners to long post-partum pads, TCS has had me covered.
