Thomas is a solid & experienced recruiter, and a nice guy to get on with along the way. Great communication, and a real passion for making sure you, the role and the company are right for each other. Had a great line into the hiring manager so I was well prepared for all stages of the interviews. Had the right balance of being not too pushy, but there if you needed, or a chat at the right time to progress things. Great negotiator for both parties when it comes to finalising the contract too.

Really friendly, not pushy and a great team overall!

I was approached by TCM for a solutions architect role at an online retailer. They clearly understood the brief well and had obviously done a great deal of research on my profile - something that seems to be missing in these days of highly automated online recruitment. The recruiter outlined the role and profile of the company with great clarity. Just over 3 weeks later I started the job.

The whole process was slick, well organised and very professional. I was kept me up to date with every step of the process, not just before I got the offer but afterwards too. At the end of the first week I was contacted personally to make sure I'd settled in and payments were all working correctly. Small details like that may seem insignificant but they make a world of difference, especially in what feels like a really brutal recruitment market.
