I bought a TCL C855K from Currys, really incredible picture and sound quality, it's a very premium Mini-Led tech which brings extreme contrast and brightness vs. my previous Samsung TV, plus, I love the sound quality by the built-in ONKYO speakers. TCL C855K is so great and pretty much good for money. 100% recommended!

I bought a TCL 65C845K QLED 4K TV, and within just a month, the screen cracked while moving it—and I wasn’t even applying pressure! I simply held the TV from the top, and it broke. The entire display is now damaged, and the TV is completely useless. I still have the original stickers on it—it looks brand new, yet it’s already dead!

I called TCL support multiple times, but they ignored my calls for hours. After a few days, they finally responded and referred me to a third-party repair company. When I emailed them with photos, they called back and said TCL doesn’t even provide screen replacements!

I was even willing to pay for the repair, but TCL told me to buy a new TV instead. So what’s the point of a 2-year warranty if they won’t fix anything? My old Sony TV lasted for years, even with rough handling, but this TCL TV broke with a light touch. It’s cheaply made, fragile, and completely unrepairable.
Avoid TCL at all costs! Their TVs are poorly built, fragile, and have zero repair support. If something happens, they’ll leave you with an expensive piece of junk instead of helping you. I’ll never buy TCL again.

Easy order system; arrived in good order and in time stated. Great value for money IMHO; very easy to download any apps that I wanted to have, registered with TCL, then registered all the other apps and away I went - I bought the 43" version.
The quality of the TV picture is amazingly clear, it connects to the Internet well, haven't had any issues with it at all so can highly recommend the purchase,

The tv is used on our spare bedroom
And wall mounted.
Used as a sound set to watch football so not to interfere with rest of the house
Also grand children use every day with there ps5 nitendo etc overall a spot on purchase

Excellent 98" TV, Excellent Value

I had Hitachi before and it broke shortly after the 1 year warranty expired. TCL has 2 year warranty and this is my second tv. The first one is still running flawlessly after 2,5 years. The second one has about half an year till now and is on almost all day long. The third would be definitely TCL as well.

My Hotpoint Quadrio FF4D Fridge/Freezer finally died (compressor motor). Looking for a like-for-like 2 drawer American style replacement, offering the same quality, size and features, ended when I found the TCL RP436FXE0UK Fridge Freezer. I purchased it at a very competitive price. My new TCL Fridge Freezer was delivered free of charge within 2 days and is still working perfectly.

Superb picture! I use my TCL TV as a 4K monitor most of the time, nice. I like the thin bezels.

Great tv. Great picture and sound is fantastic. Will definitely be buying TCL in the future. Great on a budget and surprising quality.

Bought a 55 inch tv just before christmas arrived in January
Looked good then I switched it on set it up and don't bother waste time sound goes in n out or goes completely the picture quality is not good either, the hmi ports are flimsy overall don't waste your money or time had it bout a month and wish I'd never bought this brand load of rubbish replaced my LG TV and it's specs are below par to say least.
Even sharps tvs are cheaper and better quality.

Despicable customer service.

I contacted TCL for them to provide support on a failing air purifier. They asked for a number of things, like a video showing the fault, picture of the model number and proof of purchase. I've provided everything but they still were not satisfied. The air purifier was purchased new, from a business seller on eBay, but since it was way after 60 days of purchase, the seller could not generate a VAT receipt that TCL kept asking for. Even though I gave them the eBay receipt and all the details of the seller, they still were not satisfied. They kept asking for a receipt, I kept telling them the issue, they were quoting "strict policies", I asked them to specify what information they needed, they told me but when I highlighted the information in my previous correspondence, they went back to their old script, asking for a receipt, even though I gave them one.

They are basically playing the oldest trick in the book. Act stupid until the customer goes away. That way they don't have to provide support for their poor quality products. I would not recommend them.

Water pouring out of the bottom after 6 months

Don't ever waste your hard earned money on this company my TV broke and there refusing to repair it under warranty which I'm pretty sure it's illegal looks like I'm having to seek legal action I will never buy another tcl product ever

I purchased a TCL fridge freezer in February 2024 it is now September 2024 my fridge has broke down on its own. The customer service is a joke! My fridge has been broken for 7 days now they are asking me to wait another week until someone contacts me regarding fixing the fridge I have told them I have 2 young children at home I haven't been able to do a grocery shop because we have no working fridge to store the groceries it's an absolute joke! Will never purchase a TCL product again in my life and will strongly advise anyone against it.
