Sincerely cared for my bikes and I very much appreciate that!!

Easy to get set up and vehicle was delivered in less than two days

TCI brought my 2025 Porsche 911 from Fort Worth to Southern California quickly and efficiently. The car was clean, undamaged, and a sight to behold. My delivery driver took good care of my car and made sure I was satisfied before I drove off. I was happy with how they took care of my vehicle.

The price for shipping was $850. They took a $200 deposit from me and collected $725 from the receiver, refusing to unload the bike if not paid. That adds up to $925. TCI refunded my card for the $75. The motorcycle arrived in tact and unscathed

We have had several great experiences using TCI for transporting our company vehicles. They were amazing at providing all the needed details of when the pick up & delivery will be. If there are traffic issues that delay the times they always call and let us know of the changes being made. We are sent detailed pictures when the vehicle is delivered. If there are ever any issues they are great at getting them conveyed to us and taken care of so the transport can go as scheduled. Never had any issues with price changes the quote always stands & the payment process is easy as well. Highly recommend this company for hauling needs!

I had an excellent experience shipping my car with TCI and their driver, Vitaly. The entire process was smoother and quicker than I expected. I was kept informed every step of the way, and I didn’t have to worry about a thing.

Called me 1 hour before delivery 4 days late! I sat at home for two days waiting. No call, no email, nothing. I was at work scrambling to get a neighbor to accept the bike.

Best part. You need to pay the driver or he won't drop off the bike. LOL! 4 days late and now I'm busy at work. Can your neighbor pay us? Lol. Can you cash app. I don't keep that data on my phone. I said come back tomorrow morning. Sorry that doesn't work for them. 4 days late with no communication calls up and days we need $800 right now to get your bike.

They agree to drop off the bike (they didn't want to wait until the next day) but I have to promise to pay them by 1pm. They will send me the zelle account. Of course they didn't send the account. I had to contact them to actually pay them for terrible service. They said sorry.

I didn't care that it was late I wasn't going to use it right away. I cared that I had to sit around for two days waiting with no zero communication. I cared that I was at work and had to find a neighbor to accept the bike. I was angry that I had to track them down to pay them.

Representative Steve Rikert is professional, excellent customer service, fast response. TCI offer a competitive rate. Driver George was on time for pickup and fast delivery. My car was transported from TX to AZ less than 2 days, in good shape.

The coordination is crisp. Keep in mind the customer will have to wait on the availability of drivers and so the pickup and delivery time/dates could vary depending on traffic. As long as you can have flexibility in allowing +/- 1/2 days for your vehicle transport needs - I highly recommend TCI Logistics. Good people, honest business, and very professional.

most horrible experience - the driver put numerous dents in the car body

These guys are a big disappointment. They promised to pick up a car for shipping on a date, but one week later, they still had not and just kept me hanging (and never picked it up). I don't understand how they can do business in such a horrible manner.

Kalo and his Team make it SO easy every time I use them. This is my third time using them to ship. I called with a day notice and they were able to pull together an almost impossible feat. Worked with me every step of the way and updated me through the whole thing.
Will be using them again and again!
