Great experience with TC Global (The Chopras), Nehru Place

I was honestly very stressed and confused while planning my higher studies in Europe. I wanted to apply to universities like the University of Amsterdam, KU Leuven, and Erasmus University Rotterdam, but I had no proper guidance and felt completely stuck with the process, SOPs, profile evaluation, and documentation.

I had already spoken with a few other consultants before, but most of them gave very generic advice and didn’t really pay attention to my profile. Then I got connected with Gunjan at TC Global (The Chopras), Nehru Place, and things became much smoother from there.

She was extremely patient, professional, and supportive throughout the process. She carefully listened to all my concerns, explained every step properly, and helped me understand which universities would actually suit my profile and goals. Whenever I had doubts regarding applications, documents, or timelines, she was always there to help me out.

What genuinely impressed me was her dedication and quick responses. Even during stressful moments when I was worried about deadlines and application status, she guided me calmly and made the whole process feel manageable.

Because of her support, I finally felt confident during my Europe applications journey. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares and supports students properly instead of treating them like just another client.

This is a very long post, but an IMPORTANT one.

Please be careful before choosing your study abroad consultants, everyone. Hopefully, you will come across this review and think at least a hundred times before paying this company money.
Utterly useless people! Even giving a single star is a waste of my precious time and my parents' money! I wish I could write this sooner and warn other potential students.

Guess what? We wasted Rs 1.18 Lakh on this useless company just to apply to 15 universities across Europe (proof below), which excluded the cost of applications (even my APS certificate). They promised us that it would cover a proper research sheet based on my profile and goals! What a joke! All the research sheets that I got were useless shit! They had universities that I might not have even heard of, even when my family said that we needed at least the top 100-ranked universities in the world, which were in Europe.

For your kind information, I have a very strong profile with 2 research papers that are being published, and another research paper that is pending. Other than that, I have worked at 2 premier research institutes in India, which are CSIR-IGIB and the University of Hyderabad, all during my undergraduate course. Also, I have two other internships from the University of Delhi (where I am currently studying). Even after such a strong profile, they wasted all this potential that I had! I received rejection emails from the University of Amsterdam, Utrecht University, Wageningen University, and LMU!

As a matter of fact, I was shortlisted for the interview for the MSc Biotechnology program at the National University of Singapore (proof below). Did TC Global help me much in that? No. They made beautiful (at least they might think that it was beautiful) SOPs, which were simply edited by performing a simple spell check and AI check using Grammarly! Can you imagine? Grammarly?! I could have rather paid 4k per annum and instead bought Grammarly Plus to perform these simple checks, instead of paying 1.18 Lakhs to TC Global! For all the universities, I sat up all night with my brother and parents to write my entire SOP on my own, and all they did was simply highlight the sentences that contained AI and plagiarism! Instead of sitting with me and asking me questions and enhancing my entire SOP (which is the SINGLE MOST IMPORTANT DOCUMENT for an international student), they just had a simple form in which I inserted my SOP, and they simply highlighted regions and added some small comments (you should add a hook, etc). Coming back to NUS, I was rejected (again, proof below). You might think that at least TC Global must have prepared me for the interview. Of course, they didn't (not a part of their package, was it? That is what they can say and then defend themselves). I sat with my brother and prepared the entire cheat sheet for my interview with all my strengths and weaknesses, and other important things.
See there? I got shortlisted for NUS, and still with such a strong application, TC Global "created a research sheet" which had universities such as the University of Jena, and some Marsburg University or whatever.

Fast forward to January-February 2026, I started applying to the top Australian universities through IDP (it is a very good organization, and I have had a very good experience with the people who work there. They are very professional, and they do take things seriously, at least for Australia). After that, I got a conditional offer from the University of Melbourne (Ranked 1 in Australia and 19 in the world rankings).

This is why you see? TC Global is nothing but a complete waste of money. We wasted 1.18 Lakhs, which is a lot here in India (other than the application fees of each university). Please don't make the same mistake, people. Think wisely before choosing them as your study abroad consultants. If they don't charge any money from you, do remember that they would send you to a partner university and earn at least 1-2 Lakhs (as commissions) as you pay your fees.

NO RESPONSE AT ALL. paid 23k and they didnt give response for a month , they are seeing the messages but no action and reply. Worsttt agency. Do not go for this agency

Worst experience. They charge about rs 45k for US study application process. I paid them full amount last year 2023. I took their TOFEL and GRE class with separate charges. These classes were good. However, once I requested to start US study application process, they became non responsive!. Several calls to their mobile unanswered and no reply on WhatsApp messages. Hence, I had to approach another agency for help as time was running out and new agency (IDP) supported me free of cost!. They helped me in selecting universities, applying universities, preparing SOPs, LORs and US Visa process all for free. When I went back to TC global and asked for refund of 45K INR, TC Global refused to accept their deficiency in service. After lot of chasing, I got back only rs 10K after couple of months!. Lost about 35k. Such a bad service from them.
Never pay for these abroad studies support from these institutions. There are many who give free of cost services.

I came to Australia in 2022 with Jude and Soniya’s assistance. They made the impossible possible for me. Previously i was try to go NZ for my master’s through a different agency but due to complexity of my case, the previous applications were unsuccessful. That’s when I got in touch with Jude. She is extremely polite, friendly and highly professional at the same time. I remember that she once said, “let’s send you abroad for your higher education and your dream”.. and she stood by her words. I came to Australia in july 2022.
I was meant to finish my masters program in June 2024 but due to some circumstances, I thought of extending my student visa for one more semester till December 2024. Being in Australia, I knew no other agent who could help me. But then I thought of Jude, so I got in touch with her again. She then forwarded my file to Soniya (my visa counsellor) who is equally professional and sweet. With their assistance, I have got my new visa. The entire process took less than a month. They did a great job considering I am not even in India.

Thoroughly disappointed, the staff didn't know they are not approved by ANU and didn't tell us and applied for same, only for the university to tell us that TC global is not valid. This not only wasted our time, caused delays but caused unnecessary mental agony and all this while there was no apology from their end.
Later we realized that ANU was giving provisional admissions and they had not updated us on same.

We managed to get the ANU admission through another agency but TC global caused unnecessary hardships.

Imagine getting to know all this after getting the results.

My advise choose wisely, avoid TC global if possible, we are thoroughly disappointed with them.

They just sound professional but they are not

Do not let them apply your visa. Because of their stupid employee, my name spelling was wrong on my visa and now after 9 months of my admission I am still facing problems. Yes I could travel with a wrongly named visa but since my arrival I was asked to generate USI code for further verfication. I still couldn't provide my USI code to my university to justify my details because USI is generated by using your visa details and their website is directly linked to australian government's webiste..sooooo... my USI details are using wrong name spelling...my marksheets are under a different name and none of the details are getting matched to my passport!!! Worst! Wrost consultancy! They seriously think of these things as a joke and make mistakes in you visa application. I can't justify my identity here in an unknown country..i am still not a legitimate student here...i cant do any short trainings for part time work because my USI details and passport details do not match..I've been struggling just because of their stupid employees who are lazy and live in their own worlds!!! Seriously you stupid Geeta!!!! Since australian government lets you travel with wrongly named visa, TC Global definately takes this thing for granted!!! And yes...once you reach to your destination country...their job is done..because they were simply meant to send you abroad even if it was on the stake of student's future in an unknown country.
