I have been using Taza pay for the last 6 months and the experiance has been fantastic, especially on the support side they are swift, and their CEO Rahul is personally involved when we ping him for any serious issue.

I have used many payment companies but…

I have used many payment companies but not all are as trust worthy and reliable for a long term like tazapy. Does not matter whether you are buyer or seller this company protects interest of both parties equally when it comes to cross border international payments

Dear Tazapay, Your system is good. Most of the payments goes well for us. But please you MUST improve your customers services with the emails and specially with the important questions. Also some of our cutomers cannot see the payment gateway appear on Woocommerce.... WHY ? still no reply about this case.
Keep going with your hard work. You guys must be very busy with all the complain but keep up the good work! Thank you

SCAM FACILITATORS

Facilitated a scam sale for a vendor from Indiamart. I saw 2 parcels out of 15, ripped me thousands of dollars, when I spoke to them on what’sapp they told me they would look into it and I haven’t heard from them since. This company is a scam stay away from tazapay and indiamart. Thieves the lot of them.

One of the worst customer service and disabling customers for no reason. Do not use their serive. We can even prove what kind of company they are. Worst customer service just disabling customer for no reason or they make a reason on that day and disabling customers

I run a luxury watch store and adding Tazapay which offers protection to buyers has helped me increase my sale.. I had some issue with the first payout, but after that things are really smooth. API's were easy to integrate.

Account Disabled For NO Reason !!

NOT RECOMMENDED.
I signed up a few days ago for their Escrow service, I sent them the documents needed to verify my account and I created a new transaction and sent it to the buyer, after a couple of days they disabled my account saying 'We are unable to onboard you with Tazapay'. I thought maybe I could ask them for the reason and fix it or send them more documents if they need to, but the response was that they can't work with me at this time. How they can allow customers to signup and create transactions and then send it to the buyer to verify it and send the money to their bank after that they disable the account (the account approval must be first if they care about the customer), if it's not a SCAM I don't know what you call it.

One of the worst customer support - Tazapay

One of the worst customer support. One of the worst SAAS product support they have. I have transferred money to our Tazapay account for an escrow payment and nobody replies from their support end. More over there is no phone or chat option. Also, they don't work on US timezone, so if you are sending them an email now, they will reply you in IST timezone with some useless answers on your valuable queries. My money is stuck with them from last few days and nobody is replying. I also posted this experience on my LinkedIn. I would never refer this company to anyone.
