Simple flow & integration, competitive pricing & wide coverage of payment methods

I have been a client of Tazapay for just 3 months, but already benefitted from Tazapay very much. Their dashboard is easy to use, and has important features such as setting settlement account, fee configuration, transaction summary & detailed info, etc. KC has also been amazing in providing guidance for every market that we enter!

Great User Experience

I have been engaging with different global payment platforms for our company business remittance. What stand out from others are the very dedicated customer service I experience with Hanna - designated account manager assigned to me. She is very helpful and friendly to accommodate our needs of remittance requests. And someone I can rely and trust to help me create the payout and monitoring the remittance status especially with my busy schedule.

They support very well our local…

They support very well our local payment for some high risk countries such as Brazil, Australia, etc where you have high chargeback ratios…. You should use local payment for those countries instead of card, to reduce lossing to minimun. 5 stars service.

I purchased items that never arrived

I purchased items that never arrived. Sent two emails to “customer support” asking for update. No reply. Transpired to be a scam company. The legitimate company emailed me and advised me to report to my bank which I did. They immediately refunded amount into my account which will be held while they investigated company. I’ve now been informed that refund agreed and money released into account.

excellent and user friendly plate form for SME and big companies for payment gateway services internationally we are working with them since last 3 years and have a excellent experience specially Miss Shweta Srivastava she is always active and very helpful in all issues and she resolve everything so quick if any issue raised and also Mr Nilesh is very nice responsible person they both help us in all stages of our growth as well

Do not order from this place tazapay…

Do not order from this place tazapay more hassle than anything else did not receive what was ordered and they're a second party to them take your money out right away been over a month now still have not got a refund and getting the runaround is all this place does with back and forth excuses stay away from this place it's been nothing but trouble

Purchased a "item"

Purchased a "item", back in early December, was told it would be delivered Janurary 13, 2024. Never received item,contacted Tazapay on the 16 of Jan, they stated item was "Delivered".Item, was never delivered. PRetty sure I was SCAMED !!!!!
UPDATE:
Tazapay,did refund my purchase amount, but, the Company I made the purchase from was a scam outfit.

stuck in waiting for payment I need to start again

I am using TP for my international…

I am using TP for my international transactions on my e-commerce store. I am glad to share my experience with TP, the team is very cooperative, very attentive, and responsive all the time. I recently moved from PayPal and Stripe, things are great here. Sandeep helped me get on board and the journey was smooth. things are far better than expected.

Horrible Gateway

We got our account approved but after just 2 transactions they deactivated our account for no reasons. There were no disputes or anything. Avoid them, they can block you anyday.

Fake Commitments and No actions

Tazapay is doing fake responses/commitments here on Trustpilot, they are responding to negative reviews and are assuring that they will take actions but they are just fooling to the complainant by not taking actions. Tazapay has kept our two bank payments and disabled our email ids just one day before the settlement dates, we have written numerous mails to Tazapay in last two months which remained unattended till point of time and also we feel they have blocked our email ids.When we used Trustpilot for help, Tazapay responded and gave us fake hopes but its been a long there is no action taken which shows that they are a fraud company and are doing fake responses here on trustpilot and also they keep the merchant payment by blocking the merchant ids.This is our advice to every merchant that not to deal with Tazapay and if any of you are stuck in some frauds alike us go for the legal actions as if such fraud will get ignored it can become a issue of concern.

Tazapay is a dirty company also support team of tazapay company is more dirty.

No investigation at the time of account opening, but after the money in the account means after the product is sold, tazapay team starts one investigation after another, it seems like my company has stolen, illegal business.Even after you provide valid information and invoice they close the account. you will not get your money from tazapay in your lifetime.
