We cannot praise Phil and the team at 'Taylor Watmore' highly enough. We are delighted with our purchase of a Fiat 500 Lounge. It could be argued that buying a used car can be fraught with problems. However, from start to finish, it was a real pleasure dealing with Phil. He exceeded all expectations, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and integrity throughout the buying process. Nothing was too much trouble; he definitely went the 'extra mile' to ensure we were happy about every aspect of our purchase. I was looking for a Fiat 500x with a particular spec and found the one that I wanted through Auto Trader. It was with Taylor Watmore who are based 200 miles away from me so for the first time ever I decided to buy a car without actually viewing it first (although I was able to view and test drive it when it was delivered before I paid the balance). From my first conversation with Phil until the day he delivered the car (and took my old car PX) I cannot rate the service highly enough! Communication throughout was superb and I am now the proud owner of a fantastic car. I highly recommend Taylor Watmore and would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you Phil!!

Excellent service. Phil was very helpful. He showed us everything about the vehicle and answered all our questions before we went on a test drive without any limitations to time or distance. Full discussion on all the options available for extended warranty for the car prior to continuing with the purchase. Due to non availability to do bank transfer for payment over the weekend Phil personally delivered the car upon payment completion to our home address (5 miles) from the garage.
Would highly recommend for any car purchase you may have.

Exceptional service. Phil was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He showed us everything about the vehicle and answered all our questions before we went ahead with the purchase. At no point were we pressured to buy. We had a bit of issue with the payment as our bank has a maximum limit. Phil was very patient with us throughout the whole process and even offered to drive us to the bank in town to finalise the payment. We were not local, his assistance is very much appreciated. Definitely recommend Tayor Watmore to anyone.
