Won't refund items
Ordered 2 pairs of glasses on 4th April, they didn't suit me so returned them. Taylor Morris have now had the glasses back in perfect condition since 19th April and will not process my refund. After multiple emails to the customer services team who have repeatedly said the refund is processing and should be with me soon, I still haven't received my refund of £324.
