Zoe, Zack and the team have been absolutely brilliant to me every time that I have used them, Zoe’s ability to be able to look at your child and tell you what sizes they need is beyond amazing. She’s got me out of some sticky situations when my child has decided to grow overnight. Absolutely brilliant, I even saw the other day that they had gone above and beyond for some kids on the morning of their first day of school getting all of their new ties and colours ready and I just thought you don’t get that from a big massive company, you get that from a team who really cares. 

The staff at Taylormade Uniforms are professional, efficient, hard working, friendly and helpful.
The orders are ready on the date of which I have been advised.
The prices are very reasonable and the garments are very good quality.

Zoe and her team have been fantastic helping me get my children all kitted out for school. She certainly knows her stuff, all fits perfectly and good quality. The pick up was easy and they had good communication with me. Thank you Taylormade for making this ordeal so much easier!!

Zoe is very rude and ignorant. I think she has an unhealthy relationship with her son Zak. The company overcharges, massively. A very unpleasant experience.

Zoe and the team always go above and beyond! The service is amazing 🤩 I would also like to add that 1 star reviews below are so uncalled for!! I’m actually really angry on behalf of Taylormade because they do not deserve that!

Staff are rude and very unhelpful and they don’t ever pick phone up you have to email and when you haven’t received a email about click and collect and they rudely say it’s been sent.

Zoe at Taylor Made made my first experience buying my daughter’s first uniform for School super easy, providing quality clothes and high level service. Zoe knows exactly what my little one needed for starting School for the first time, which took a huge weight and stress off my shoulders! Couldn’t recommend Taylor Made enough, we will definitely be returning every year!

Absolutely the best service. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and went out of their way to assist us.

Have left it a while to review as I wanted to see how the clothing is with wear and tear. Polo shirts, fleece, jacket and some embroidery done all still 100%. No fading, stretching or loss of shape. We have a son at a local school abd the school uniform is just as good. Great quality! Always found Zoe and the rest of the staff extremely helpful and give second to none customer service. Bad customer service and they have fake positive reviews to hide the fact that they ignore paying customers to watch a coffin on TV, avoid

Edit: you can pay respects to the queen and be respectful of your customers at the same time, these two aren't mutually exclusive. Brigading on social media to get people to review you is against the ToS of Trust Pilot

I have been ordering my daughter’s uniform for 2 years now from TMU, and always had an excellent service. The on-line system is so easy to use and order from. They now deliver to my daughter’s school which is a bonus and so convenient. Staff has always been polite and professional. Thank you Zoe and your staff :-) xx

Have used Taylor Made for 3 years now for my son’s secondary school. Well priced and quick turn around! I also love the fact they deliver to schools too. Always friendly and helpful when I have collected and easy returns process. By far the best uniform supplier I’ve used! …..now if only my other son’s primary school used them!
