This was my second order with Taylor Bespoke, Gemma was super helpful and responsive. We had a slight miss communication over the order which was resolved and rectified immediately. The beds are perfect beautifully made and all very happy.

There honestly aren’t enough superlatives to describe the experience we’ve had with Taylor Bespoke. Their design, their quality, and their finishing touches are on another level.

They transformed our large bedroom wardrobe and dressing room, created a stunning custom bed, and completed our seating area with absolute precision. Dan, who designed the space, delivered something beyond what we could have imagined and an unreal room that perfectly blends beauty and functionality.

The quality of the craftsmanship is incredible, but equally impressive is the team behind it. Gemma, their ops leader, is a brilliant communicator clear, proactive, and an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process.

And the installation team Shaun, Antony, and Harry were fantastic. Efficient, quality and precision execution, tidy, respectful, and genuinely great guys. Their attention to detail and pride in their work showed every single day.

Taylor Bespoke are, in a word, incredible. If you’re considering them, you won’t find better.

We decided to use Taylor Bespoke after my daughter had a sofa & footstool made.
From the initial first visit from Daniel to the completion of our order was excellent. Daniel answered all our questions, helped with the design and vision we had. We visited the factory as we had changed our mind in the first colour, nothing was too much trouble.
I was kept informed on the progress of our media unit and footstool throughout. The day of the installation was as promised, done within the time frame given, shown the progress throughout the build with no disruption at all. The 2 men who installed the unit were extremely polite, friendly and very tidy from start to finish.
We will be using Taylor Bespoke again, a very professional company with the outcome we wanted.

Really good service - came back to sort a few tweaks that were needed - fitters are polite and hardworking - design and quality was top notch - very happy overall with the service I received and I will be using them again for the next project on my list !

We recently used Taylor Bespoke for our nursery and couldn’t be happier with the result of it. We have used them previously for media unit in our living room.

This time I had a really specific vision and finish that I wanted which was understood and catered for perfectly. From the stages of measuring and understanding the request to quote, from providing updates on a completion date and then the guys on the day fitting- everyone had such great professionalism and were perfectionists.

The guys fitting on the day were so polite and I felt super comfortable with them in my home.

Can’t wait for the next project we complete with Taylor Bespoke.

Having used Taylor Bespoke a few years ago for a small project in 2021, I was really impressed with them at the time. When I needed an office fit out, I went back to speak to Daniel and explained that I needed this done quickly. Daniel and Somma came around the next day, listened to what I wanted, and advised me through the design process. The project was completed well before I would have expected; the best thing was a couple of snagging bits that needed doing, Daniel was back at 7:30am the next morning to complete! I couldn't have asked for any more from them, and I very much look forward to working with Taylor Bespoke in the future.

Working with Taylor bespoke for our master bedroom was a very pleasant experience, they were patient, knowledgeable and worked with us to get what we wanted. They spoke from experience and the end product was outstanding high. There was a minor issue after installation but they rectified it without a quibble and very very quickly. Without a doubt I would use them again.
