I bought some item on online shop, then the sales inform me that my item sent by Taxidromiki courier delivery. When I read review of this company I was in shock and honesty was ready for problems. But delivery from Athens to Cretan small village tooks 4 days, tracking number was correct and the courier called me twice to check my address and bring my item accurately. So I wanna say thank you for good service.

I am extremely disappointed with this delivery company. I paid for home delivery, but after 9 days my parcel was still not delivered. I sent multiple emails and made several phone calls, receiving different explanations each time.
Eventually, I had to go to their office myself to collect the package. I was told delivery was not attempted because my phone number was “wrong,” which is not true — the system accepted my foreign number when placing the order. My parcel stayed in their office for 8 days without any real delivery attempt, despite the promised delivery time of 1–3 days.
Poor communication, no responsibility, and very unprofessional service. I would not recommend this company.

Phone support never has any agents available, at least within 20mins of wait time, no matter how many times you call.
When expecting delivery from them it’s a common practice to lie, claiming they were unable to contact recipient to arrange delivery. Lying and delayed delivery is granted when doing business with them.
They do win the award of the top 5 worst customer experience companies in my lifetime

Stay away from them. I got a tracking number from provider. They said that they tried 6-7 times to deliver. Because I work from home, I am at home at any time. Eventually they returned it back and say that recipient not found or refused to get it back (it is a shop!!!).

Most probably they lost the package and are trying to avoind refund.

Constant delays, no customer service, lost packages, false "attempted delivery" notifications.

This has been the most frustrating courier company I have ever dealt with. Reaching someone by phone is nearly impossible, you’re left waiting endlessly for anyone to answer. To make matters worse, they are dishonest about their deliveries. I was home from 1:30 to 5:00, yet received a message claiming the driver arrived at 3:15. No one ever came, and my doorbell didn’t ring once. In my experience, this company is as bad as it gets. I’m sure they’re a better company that you can deal with.

The worst company of all! They lie on a daily basis that they made an attempt on delivery and it wasn't successful but in reality the parcel didn't even left their facility. They minimise cost by not shipping door to door even if you paid for it. The only deliveries door to door are the unpaid ones and in a sense they need to deliver so they get paid. If you call any of their delivery centres there is constantly busy tone and will never answer. They are literally scammers!

What a Farce!!!!

I have waited two weeks for the Chania Office to deliver a parcel from TEMU. Delivery is to a shop that is open 7 days a week from 8am-9pm. Any claims to deliver are false. I spoke with their office on the 8th Nov to be told delivery would be on the 12th. It didn't arrive. I called the office again yesterday 14th to be told delivery would be on the 19th Nov. Today (15th) they claim TEMU requested the items be returned to them despite delivery arrangements made for the 19th. This service is an absolute disgrace. You are contracted to deliver then you do not.

Not one phonecall or delivery notification.

One very Angry and upset customer, who still doesn't have her delivery ;-( ;-(

** UPDATE** - EASYMAIL delivered this same order within ONE DAY of them receiving it! No issues with Address and No issues delivering the parcel.

Terrible service — no updates regarding deliveries and absolutely no communication. My most recent experience was with a delivery that was estimated for October 14th. Three days later — and of course the order hasn't arrived — I tracked the package and they say they attempted multiple deliveries since the 14th but the recipient was absent, while I was at home all he time and noone came. I've been trying to call them waiting on hold for 40 minutes each time, and no one ever answers.

What they do is receive a parcel and retain it at their storages relatively near you so that you go and collect. They have no intention of actually delivering to your designated place. They won't answer the phone either.

Not professional at all ! They don’t care about the delevery and if you don’t contact them they don’t even update you

It isn't really a courier but a way to hide a package for weeks.
They state next day delivery in Greece but after 6 weeks they made 1 attempt to deliver and then returned to sender.
They have no real tracking (a week can go by with nothing happening) and I had to give them my phone number 3 times for the same package.
