  1. Accounting Software Company

Written by the company

Taxxa AI is the second brain for accountants, auditors and payroll professionals. Accounting professionals spend a significant share of their week on research, bookkeeping questions, regulatory compliance reviews, and drafting documents and client communications. Taxxa.ai cuts that down, with users reporting savings of 10–25 hours per month. Taxxa works across three information layers: a firm's own client files, a daily-updated index of accounting and tax regulation, and the firm's own methodologies, guidelines and tone of voice. That powers workflow automations, triggered either by a user's own instructions or by pre-built accounting skills, ready-made workflows for recurring tasks that any colleague can run the same way. Every output cites the exact file, page, and paragraph it came from, so there's nothing to dig through and no reason to leave the platform to verify it. That's a level of accuracy and trust general AI solutions can't match. Client data stays protected too: the platform operates under GDPR, runs on enterprise-grade security, and no client data is ever used to train large language models. With Taxxa, accountants, auditors, and payroll experts can, for instance: Run a full compliance review of an annual report or a lease contract, flagging anomalies and assessing risks automatically. Answer tax and research questions in seconds, fully cited. Get help with bookkeeping questions whenever the right call isn't obvious, whether that's how to treat something for tax, where to book an expense, or whether VAT is deductible. Draft employment, company governance, and other company-related contracts and documents. Improve payroll compliance and productivity with recurring checks on pay against collective agreements, local contracts, and labor law, plus benefit taxation, vacation entitlement, and tax filings, each deduction traced back to the rule behind it. Over 5,000 professionals already run Taxxa daily, at firms across Europe including Grant Thornton, Rantalainen Group, EMU Growth Partners, Accru Partners, Freedom Group, Klara Consulting, Leinonen Group, DGA Nosvia, DFK Audit, P2R Audit, Win-Win Ekonomi and Aarnio. Curious what your firm could do with the hours you'd reclaim? Upload one annual report and see what Taxxa flags. Start your free 14-day trial at www.taxxa.ai.

Taxxa is a reliable tool for smooth workflow

Taxxa makes my work much smoother daily. It is like having a best colleague – a reliable second opinion provider. It helps me review different sources of accounting legislation and perform final verification and compliance checks. For example, I can recheck whether the final tax calculations have been prepared correctly and verify that all data transferred from the trial balance to the Financial Statements reconciles and complies with the Finnish Accounting Act. It saves me time and helps me identify potential issues before the final review.

Taxxa makes Finnish accounting and tax rules much easier to understand by bringing relevant information together and explaining complex topics in a practical way.

I used Taxxa to better understand how foreign withholding tax works for a Finnish limited company. The explanations helped me understand how foreign tax paid on income reported in the Finnish corporate income tax return may be credited against Finnish tax on the same income, subject to applicable rules and limitations, and how unused credits may be handled.

What I found especially valuable was the use of references to official tax authorities and guidance. This made it possible to verify the information independently rather than relying on a generic explanation.

A practical and useful tool for anyone who needs to navigate Finnish accounting and tax questions with more clarity and confidence.

Many years user

We have been using Taxxa.Ai for several years now and have been very happy with it. The chat gives clear replies, and I like that it also does a summary of everything in the end + shows the source so you can click the link up and check the original text. The tool gives more confidence to me as an accountant and saves time.

I’m genuinely impressed with Taxxa AI

I’m genuinely impressed with Taxxa AI! ⭐️
It has made my working day so much easier and more efficient. I use it regularly for quick checks and guidance regarding Swedish laws and regulations, and it’s become a really valuable tool in my daily work.
What I particularly appreciate is how quickly I can get a clear starting point when I need to check a rule, understand a regulation, or simply make sure I’m on the right track. It saves me a lot of time and makes the workday feel smoother.
For anyone working with Swedish payroll, accounting, tax or employment-related questions, I would definitely recommend giving Taxxa AI a try. It’s become one of those tools that makes you wonder how you managed without it 🙌
