Easy as advertised but no response within the 12 weeks. No response or acknowledgement after 5 months and ongoing. Very poor considering their rhetoric. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

This is a scam site still waiting for reply for tax refund for uniform , contacted them but there was no one that I could speak to , all I got was a flashing on my iPad telling me to tell tax office to send a check to them .

HMRC Refund £100 - These guys take £93!!!
Their charges aren't very transparent and for a £100 refund, they've taken £93 as their own charges!? Absolutely ridiculous and will be complaining today. What an absolute rip off!
