I used TaxQuotes last year to help me get my back 5 years of taxes caught up. It was huge relief to not only have that taken care of, I also had refunds on almost all of the years that I had not filed. I also used them to file my 2025 taxes. It is a stress free process.

I fell behind on my taxes, saw an ad for tax quotes and decided to give them a call. They made it easy to get everything settled. I would definitely recommend to anyone trying to get caught up. Shout out to my account manager Kyle for making this as easy as possible for me!

If you’re ever second guessing of going through with this company i promise you its a simple choice and i would go through them 1000% of the time. They help with everything you can think of for your situation and communication was the best ive had with any other company. They are truly a great company and helped lift stress off my shoulders.

I had a very good experience with Tax Quotes Inc. They were professional, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the tax preparation process. I appreciated how clearly they explained things and made sure everything was handled correctly.

The only downside was that the process took a bit longer than I originally expected. However, the quality and accuracy of their work made it worth the wait.

Overall, I’m satisfied with the service and would recommend them.

I worked with Jacob and Devon on my tax resolution. Both guys were great! They’re going to get your taxes filed with a white glove service attitude and it was refreshing how professional they hold themselves.

Arlene Bulucianu is a top performer as an advisor, supporter, encourager, and even friend. We were so far behind in accounting and tax filing that I’m not sure we would ever dig ourselves out. But Arlene sticks with you every step of the way and never made me feel incompetent or hopeless—quite the opposite in fact! I’ve had other professionals that simply didn’t communicate well and often didn’t even respond but Arlene is on top of her game every step of the way and I am so grateful to have her as a partner in this aspect of my life. I sleep well at night and I feel on top of my game now too! Tax Quotes is lucky to have her!!

After they got my money the communication stopped. I had to constantly harass them for updates, just for them to lie to me. Then whenever I had questions they would gatekeep me from answers. The whole time instead of providing updates and answers to questions they would advertise more services. THEY DON'T CARE TO TALK WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS UNLESS THEY CAN GET MORE MONEY FROM YOU

I recently contacted Tax Quote in Irvine after looking at their instagram advertisement, and the experience was infuriating. In my opinion, they prey on people who don’t fully understand the tax process and hope they won’t question their outrageous fees and process. I wish I had reviewed this forum first because someone else also got trapped like me.

They charged me $600 just to tell me what I owe the IRS not even the state included. Their ads claim they “handle everything from top to bottom,” but that couldn’t be further from the truth. To even begin the process of showing you what your full situation looks like or what they might negotiate with the IRS & state, they wanted $8,000 upfront to start the process. Why on earth would anyone pay $8K without knowing what they can actually negotiate? It would make sense that if you tell me, you owe $X amount to Fed and State and with our service after negotiating you will be paying $X amount and for that our fee would be $8K, then it would make sense. You just pull something which i can do using TurboTax software for free including state tax info. It’s absurd. Huge red flag. Who pays thousands for a service with no clarity or guarantee what they can negotiate. The representative gave me full tax amount I owe to fed without knowing what my penalties are or anything and Im just talking about 2024 tax. I’m 100% up to date on all years.

They offered zero guidance on state filing. Instead, they wanted me to call state and find out the amount due, and then they would file it for me. And let’s not forget, they quoted $1,600 when i said i don’t want to pay $8K, just to file a basic federal return, with no penalty negotiation, no info with payment abatement, nothing. Pure daylight robbery.

For comparison, a reputable accountant can do this entire job (Fed and State filing) for around $250 - $500 and actually explain things properly and I have been using that for ages, just this time I fell behind and thought i should see what they are capable off.

Every time I pushed on a questions, they failed to justify or explain why their process and pricing was so outrageously. That told me everything I needed to know. I walked away immediately.

Please be careful in my opinion, they massively overcharge and take advantage of people who don’t know the tax process.

My taxes were not current, and I dread dealing with it. So much so that I didn't want to have any conversations about my issues, and my anxiety was through the roof because I thought my liability was going to be more than I could afford. The staff at Taxquotes worked with me for (seriously) months to get my paperwork completed. Whenever I felt anxiety or fear, I would stop contacting them. They never gave up on me! As it turns out, they got my taxes completed, and I received REFUNDS for several federal and state tax years! I was so shocked, I didnt even cash the checks because I thought they were sent in error. I would recommend Taxquotes to anyone that needs help with getting their past and or current tax issues settled! They have fair and reasonable prices. The staff are patient and professional. I will always contact Taxquotes to complete my taxes in the future. Try them...you won't be disappointed.

I contacted Tax Quotes after seeing their Instagram ad. The initial consultation seemed genuine, and I spent an hour discussing my tax situation with their representative.

The sales approach became apparent when I was quoted $850 just for them to review my IRS transcripts and determine if they could help - a process that would take 2-3 weeks.

After three weeks, we had a follow-up call to discuss their findings. When I asked for specifics on cost, timeline, and scope of work, they quoted $12,000 to review my files, complete my 2019 and 2024 tax returns, and assist with a payment plan.

Their system requires subscription to automated emails and text reminders for communication, which does ensure consistent follow-up.

The representative was professional throughout, but the $12,000 fee felt excessive given my situation. I ultimately decided to hire a local CPA and set up a payment plan directly with the IRS instead. That $12,000 will go toward my actual tax liability.

I'm giving them two stars for their professional follow-up system, but the pricing structure feels predatory when targeting people in financial stress.

Anytime I find myself in a little situation with the IRS. TaxQuotes has been there for me. Handling my tax issues with ease.

I went to multiple agents to see every option I had.

Taxquotes provided the worst solution for the highest price.

Communication was mediocre, and you never speak with someone who actually handles your taxes unless you pay the outrageous asking price for the solution.

If you want to over pay for out of touch tax agent, go ahead.

Other services, you talk with the senior rep right away who will actually handle your case. They are always available and want to give you the best solution possible at the best rates.

Taxquotes seemed to be the opposite.

Over the years, both personally and through work, I've worked with many financial and tax professionals, most of whom have been both competent and professional; it's a profession that draws conscientious and serious people.

Grace LeMarr, EA, at TaxSolve aka TaxQuotes, stands out at the most resourceful, responsive, and capable tax professional I've had the pleasure of working with.

She went way beyond the call of duty to help with a serious tax issue we faced. She correctly assessed the timing and behavior of the state tax people who controlled the matter. Specifically, Grace foresaw the failure to follow-through without close monitoring and came up with ways to get through in time to prevent what would have been a disaster for my wife and I. Through it all she remained both cool and professional, and also warm and supportive.

I recommend TaxSolve highly, thanks to their having Grace on staff, fighting for us clients.

Had Tax Quotes complete my filing for 3 years (2020-2022).
Ultimately, I owed about 55k in taxes. I paid the IRS and thought all was well. Weeks later, I received a bill from the IRS stating I owed an additional 15k. I called Tax Quotes; they stated this was between myself and the IRS and I should call the IRS.
Begrudgingly I paid the bill.
Today 6/30/25, I received yet another bill from the IRS, 11k for year 2021 (which was revised by Tax Quotes).
I can’t understand how a company can prepare my taxes, collect their fees from me, and then I continue to get bills from the IRS.
I’ve never felt so screwed by a company or the IRS.

Peace of mind and stress free. They corrected all my past taxes and helped me get back on track.
