Super experience

This is a good tool to find quickly a taxi.

There are some problems on the web interface which is quite old-fashion (a move to HTML5, Angular would be nice).

So I had to give 3 tries before to succeed but in a few minutes I was in touch with a taxi company to organize the journey.

So this is ok.

I took a taxi from Dielette to Cherbourg. The driver was perfectly on Time and the cheapest available to prebook.

This company charged me twice for a taxi that did not arrive. They consistently ignore my emails requesting a refund. I would strongly recommend that you consider alternative services.

The driver suggested by Taxiproxi which I booked/confirmed yesterday couldn’t be on time. The company arranged someone else. I got three same messages this morning but ignored them thinking it was a mistake. When this type of change happens, taxiproxi must advise client of change. This is third time this has happened recently. Before, service was excellent

I made a booking via de site and got a call immediately. A driver was assigned who texted me to confirm all details and made sure I had his number. The drivers arrived perfectly on time, was super friendly and drove very calm and good. Zero remarks, very good experience!

Booked my taxi one day before. 30 min before departure taxi driver writing that’s he’s not coming?!! In 6 in the morning I couldn’t find any other solution!
Don’t use this service.

Paid in advance online, taxi was not there. No refund up to this date, I have been waiting a few month now, called multiple times. Gonna have to start a law case because of 30€. Scammers!

Safety Warning!
Please do not use this taxi service! I booked a taxi, immediately had to pay for it and then was promised the confirmation and the driver number. This never happened. I called 4 times every hour on the hour, only to get another arrogant and ignorant receptionist. In the end, I had to walk 1.5 hours at night on a Route Nationale, as the taxi never came. Taxiproxi is beyond scam, it is some form of legalized robbery...

Took my money. No car turned up. Blamed driver for cancelling last minute. Took no responsibility. Called 3 times to get refund. Different story every time. Still no refund.

Perfect service! FREDIX was on time and had a nice car and communicated well. He knew some English so that was helpful. He was great and the service was exceptional .
