Have not received refund for the canceled trip.

Used taxijakt to go to/from Arlanda two times. The first time (early morning), the driver said that he was too tired to drive and we had to get another taxi, almost missing our flight. The second time, the taxi did not care to wait for bag pick up and marked the trip as done - not telling anything or cancelling the order…

Stole my wallet when I called them they said just aha ok and clicked me said they never took it when they did . And didn't want to give back... My 2 tickets to grönalund, bank card and my id card... F**ckt up drivers dont book with them.
They will leave you in the middle of the night like they did with me just bc i wanted to pay when I come to my location he kicked me out at 2 am and never gave my wallet...

We have booked a taxi trip for our family with a small child 1 day in advance in order to catch a flight. 20 minutes before our scheduled taxi pick-up, we receive an sms that a taxi is canceled.

That was terrible - no way to get another taxi with a baby seat, no way to use a carsharing. We had to run with all our luggage and a stroller to make it for the flight.

Never use this company to book a trip!

Had booked a taxi to the airport with a child seat, in advance, so that we would be in time for our morning flight. My wife is pregnant and unable to help with moving bags and buggies around. With five minutes to go until the booked time I looked at my phone to find TaxiJakt had texted ten minutes before to cancel my booking due to a lack of cars in the area.
This put me in the difficult position of calling around other taxi firms and hope they had a car in the area with a seat for a two-year-old, and which could get us to our flight in time.
Ended up costing me in both money and stress.
Total abrogation of responsibility from TaxiJakt. This was the sort of booking that cannot be cancelled.
Will never use them again.

Almost missed our flights had we not used bolt instead.
Unprofessional and useless to deal with.
Pre booked and paid the day before our flight only to be notified 25
Minutes before that no taxi is available in our area.

It’s a joke that they are allowed to operate as a taxi company when they are unable to honor booked taxis.

We reserved a taxi for landing at ARLANDA at 1.40 at night from Napoli...upon arrival we opened the phone and there was a SMS saying that for exceptional reasons they had no cars !! Nice.....!

Unscrupulous and unreliable! Do not use if you actually need to get somewhere. My early morning ride to the airport has now been cancelled with under an hour's notice 3 times in a row. Last time I was lucky enough to get an Uber, the other two times I had to get someone to drive me and nearly missed my flight. Very, very bad service.

Normally the taxi is on time but taxi drivers are driving much too fast without respecting speed limits and with very aggressive driving.
I did not feel safe in the car.

I booked a taxi with this company to the airport for an international flight. I received a text 45 minutes before I was meant to leave that there were no cars available. This was unacceptable and so stressful.

On my return trip, I took a chance and booked them again to pick me up from the airport. After I arrived, I received a text 20 minutes before the pickup time that no cars were available.

This is absolutely crazy to happen when one needs to get to the airport at a certain time, not least when I booked well in advance. One trusts the company to turn up, but this company cannot obviously not be trusted to do that.

Get your act together.

Worst service ever! DO NOT USE THEM. I booked a taxi a day before and got a message an hour before the journey to the airport that the taxi had been cancelled. Then they suddenly showed up after we had left to the airport despite the message they gave me. They still took the money.

We booked a taxi to Arlanda airport the night before our flight. I paid the full amount in advance and received a confirmation. But just 15 minutes before pickup time, I received a text message that they don't have any taxi in the area and therefore our booking is canceled. I called the customer service and they said: "we did not promise anything, call another company"
It took an hour for us to find another taxi and we could marginally make it to the flight.
All together it was a terrible experience, I would avoid them.

I had early ferry to catch and I prebooked and prepaid taxi the evening before. Middle of the night I got a text message that they don’t have cars in the area. No idea if I will get my money back.

My experience with this company is not good at all. I booked a taxi two hours before, and they confirmed that a car was assigned for my booked trip. 20 minutes before my trip the taxidriver called me and said that he was on his way, and that he would wait outside the Hotel. 5 minutes before I should leave, I got a text from the company that they didnt have any cars in my area. Thats after I booked and got confirmation of the car hours before, AND talked to the driver who said he was on his way. When I called back the driver I just got transferred to the helpdesk, who didnt have any explanation.
My advice is to never use this company. Even if you get a confirmation and talk to the driver that is on his way, you never know if you actually get the car. This is not a serious and trustworthy company at all.

Worst experience on a taxi ever. The taxi driver arrived on time. However, as we were approaching to get on the taxi at Landvetter airport in Gothenburg, he opened the doors and told us to hurry up and being aggressive. He was rude and talking in an aggressive manner the whole trip. We never had such experience in any country in the world.

I had a taxi booked, confirmed and paid for to pick me up at Arlanda airport (order number 3620530) Stockholm at midnight 4-5 September. When I landed I got a message that the taxi was cancelled by Taxijakt!
Totally unreliable company. Will never book with them again.

This is totally unacceptable and bad business ethics - think twice before booking Taxijakt

Don’t use this company especially if you have an early flight to catch got a message 10mins before collection sorry we don’t have any cabs available if I could give zero stars I would ..
