The experience was great

The experience was great and I felt very confident with the people that were on-line. However, at an important part of the conversation the computer, I believe at your end, would not accept any response I made and began listing "computer code" on the right side of my screen. I lost complete communication with your system. However, Clay, who I had been communicating with did send a message that I received this morning and answered the question I had posed originally. Love the service and don't know what could have happened last evening. Again, thank you, I appreciate you. Ken Fischer

Lack of IRS follow-through

My tax return was e-filed in early February and was rejected with no explanation. Trying to call was hopeless! Finally in May, I received a letter stating the account number I provided was incomplete (my fault). Situation has been rectified but the system is TOO electronically dependent, especially for Senior Citizens.
