Scam
WARNING
This is best described as a scam.
We hired them to help us preparing important documents, they got all the needed information before we started, they rewieved it and we agreed that this would be done and within an agreed upon timeframe.
The company later just sent us a "standard downloaded tamplate" not at all including any of the the agreed upon items. During the sales process they justified their fee with the argument that they had to write this document containing all of this items so it would take time and effort for them to do. We agreed with this, but after paying we just got the standard tamplet not including anything of the things we paid for.
When we point this out for them they are highlly rude and unfreindlly. They ask us to say what sentences in the standard tamplet we would like to adjust, however, none of the 16 items are included, so its not a question of adjusting anything, its a question of doing the entire work from the beginning as none of it was done.
If this was a local company were I'm from, their actions would qualify as a criminal offence. However I of course understand that the laws are different in Georgia than in Europe and I make for this reason no claim about this being a crime there.
Regardless the work was poor and the behavure thereafter was rude.
Mabye they are good at tax consulting, i don't know, but I would be carefull with this company!
