The software glitched several times and lost data which had to be re entered and worse, lost saved data from previous years. Could not submit return. Had to use government website. Never had a problem in ten previous years.

User friendly software with good helpline
Prompt response from helpline when stuck. The only negative on the software is software doesn't cater for matching shares in the tax modules when companies have number of transactions

More or less instant reaction to problems in your customer-facing departments, and swift answers. This was right on the deadline for self-assessment submissions, Taxcalc even providing excellent support right up to late evening on the final day!
