Lisa and Luis, both explained the query in detail. They helped me to respond on time. With their help I saved thousands of dollars. While Lisa was away on leave, Luis quickly pulled records, analyzed transactions and explained in very detail.

My first phone wasn’t as well as I hoped for. Didn’t seem like he wanted to hear me. I tried explaining something and he immediately dismissed it.
But at the end of the case, whatever he did or submitted got my amount owed reduced by about 98% I think. So I only owed 2% of the original amount. Thanks.
