Currently chasing my tax refund

Currently chasing my tax refund, and constantly getting rude emails threatening to charge me for not providing the correct identification to claim my money. Shocking customer service. Only option to take this further with the financial authorities, or pop down to their offices personally. Maybe the face to face approach is the way forward. AVOID USING THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs, rates and communication are ridiculous, when wanting me to go with them I received contact nearly everyday as soon as I had given permission for them didn’t hear anything. I contacted them for a case update, heard nothing except on the 28th of December to tell me they received payment. This return was of £158 then today the 10th of January I got paid. £38. They put this down to my insolvency. I contacted them asking for them to break down there full fees on there website. No response I then sent another email asking for an explanation or I’d be taking a more formal approach and within 10 minutes I got a response. The response wasn’t a friendly one like the previous emails when they wanted to work with me, it was a “you forgot this and your case is closed goodbye” there website is also useless they avoid all contact from people when it comes to getting updates, can honestly say regardless of my circumstances there’s other people who’ve shared the same view. Anybody thinking of going with this company please avoid at all costs.

This company is so so rude

This company is so so rude. I sent my I.D and bank details for them to forward my payment on the 12th of December....when I contacted them to ask why my payment still hasn't being recieved by myself they responded with a rude email....I waited a few more days and asked if they recieved all my I.d properly etc and this was their response.....

Katie,

You are not due any further correspondence from us - you are within the repayment queue.

Should we receive any further correspondence, reading and responding will be billed at an hourly rate as per our terms of service.

Regards,

- I still haven't recieved my tax rebate and to be honest I don't think I will be given the arrogance of the staff and the unprofessionalism in the emails. Avoid avoid avoid.

Do not go with this company unless you…

Do not go with this company unless you like to be treated very rudely.

The first contact I had with them was due to an email link that I was instructed to follow and upload the required documents for the rebate to be completed, it did not do anything when clicked on.

I emailed to say that there was no link in the email, maybe I could have described my issue better, but Thier rude response was totally unacceptable and unprofessional, they could have asked exactly what the problem was but they chose this response -

(Damion,

Literally a large hyperlink right in the middle of the text - it would be helpful if you would review prior to emailing us.

For ease, here it is again.)

It just shows that they do not care for Thier customers, it's quick easy money for them and any communication they have to make with you is an inconvenience to them and they are not even concerned of showing it.

Avoid!!

Update, this is Thier latest rude email - (Damion,

We couldn't be more serious - generally, it is wise to actually read an email prior to responding. If the link 'didn't work' when clicked, you can simply copy and paste it into your browser - again, really not difficult.

Maybe read and action, prior to sending irrelevant emails.

Regards,
