Fraudulent charge
On Feb 2, as I was processing the last few 1099's for my clients, I processed a client who had only one 1099-NEC, which should have cost $5.20, when I pressed the make the payment key, I saw the charge for $254.20, or $249 extra. I have tried calling them, emailing them and nothing seems to work. They don't have any receipts in their website, very intentional in my view, so you can't dispute the charge with your bank. That is fraud, and I plan to contact Consumer Affairs to try to get my money back. I'll never do business with them again.

Locked me out of my business account…
Locked me out of my business account second year in a row. Support just stopped responding. Filing FTC complaint this is risking IRS levies! Unprofessional And yes I sent the complete account history, emails, even my contractors! You are not a trusted supplier of online tax docs. Moved on to Quickbooks.
