Hi they no international freight logistics and importation policy if there's one thing I would recommend is achieve a stress free process which this was not ,it was a serious operation bringing this machine into New Zealand and the costs claimed with major delays

I bought my Toyota Fortuner over to Australia from NZ. I received excellent service from import license through storage, shipping, valuation, compliance and QLD registration. I drove into storage in NZ and drive off from Australian yard, Taurus covered everything.

I could not have got my recently deceased brothers 1976 Ducati 860 GT from NZ to AUS without the help from Richard ,Karen and the crew as getting the bike thru AUS imports is mine field The bike was crated well beyond my expectation's and arrived safe & sound
I would recommend TAURUS to any body shipping motorcycles or cars

Into Australia which was exported from Australia to Newzealand.

1. I had to constantly email to find out what was happening and where was my vehicle.
2. It took longer than they stated best they had informed me as to why, instead being told by my son that there was a strike on and that could be way my vehicle was taking so long.
So ones again sent more emails to find out what’s up with my vehicle 🙈

Overall I have to say I’m pretty disappointed that i engaged Taurus Logistics with the shipment of our vehicle from NZ to AU.
Now, it could have definitely been worse and the car made it over.
However the service was something that drove us crazy and is why we gave our experience 2/5 stars.
With the processes in place that one can only assume are well known and repeatable steps, gathering any kind of information from Taurus or being informed of what was happening or needed to happen next was a real let down.
Overall, I dealt with 4 different people and all of them operated with the same level of helpfulness which was not very much to be honest.

My feedback for Taurus would be to be clearer to their customers on what was happening, and what would be happening next in steps 3-4-5 etc. The single step updates was really frustrating.

Taurus Logistics! Personal made bringing my car back to NZ easier then what I thought it would be. There was a lot of paperwork I needed to do but with the help of the people such as Barbara, Richard, Jessica and Hayley who were just an email or phone call away to help with any hurdles that occurred in the process. My car is now here in NZ. Woohoo!
