Disappointing Experience with TauroMarkets – Withdrawal Delays

I have received email my account is terminated now, I would request to proceed my withdrawal in same method I used for funding
I deposited $1270 into my TauroMarkets account (ID: 74679) and, after some losses, my balance dropped to $704. When I tried to withdraw my remaining funds, my account, which was fully verified at the time of deposit, was suddenly marked as unverified. They’ve used unnecessary delay tactics and have not processed my withdrawal. Despite requesting account closure and a refund of my remaining balance, my funds are still being held.
I am very dissatisfied with their services and would caution others from trusting them with their funds.

I initiated a refund request
I initiated a refund request, and they processed it accordingly. However, the situation took a rather disconcerting turn. Following approximately 7 to 8 working days, my bank raised the need for an ARN. Despite their consistent assertion that the finance department initiated the request and is awaiting its transmission, the process is proving ineffective. Ordinarily, upon refund issuance, an ARN should be promptly accessible to the bank within 24-72 hours for customers to track the transaction. Yet, on the 13th working day, I have not received any communication. Each live chat interaction merely regurgitates the same narrative, offering no elucidation on my requested details. The service's inefficacy and unethical practices have led me to the decision to never reinvest with them. While I can exercise patience in awaiting my reimbursement, the unacceptable aspect lies in the absence of proactive measures to address and rectify my predicament.

Refunds usually take from 3 -7 working days to reach the clients account, if if did not, we request ARN from our PSP in order for the client and his card issuer to track the funds.
