Horrendous customer service and running of the business altogether. I ordered presents in February and I received one confirmation email. I have received no update, I’m not able to track my order, I have contacted them around 10 times and I haven’t received a single response. Absolutely shocking customer service, there is absolutely no way to get into contact with them. I’d encourage everyone to avoid buying from them at all costs, you won’t receive your order!!

DO NOT USE THIS AWFUL COMPANY.. I ordered a mother's day gift on the 13th February, on their website they state it takes 2-3 days to produce an item & another 2-3 to receive it. It's now the 7th March and it's not arrived. I've sent 3 emails querying where my order is and have not had any reply. I've now sent a 4th email for a refund . The customer service is non existent and the order/delivery claims etc are a joke. If I could give zero stars I would.

I ordered a personalised book and Christmas decoration from this company. I was very disappointed with the poor quality of the items I received. The book was really flimsy, more like a leaflet than a book. The decoration had poor quality printing. The colours were faded and the writing was blurry. Not like the picture on the website at all. I tried on multiple occasions to contact the company. However, no one ever took the time to respond to my messages. I feel like I have been scammed by this company. Avoid.
