I can't emphasize enough how incredible the instructors are. They are what make this program. If there is any flaw, it's that there aren't enough of them! With thousands of students in the Artist Accelerator Program (AAP), the instructors really do their best to respond to everyone's needs. The Facebook community (full of advanced student moderators!) included with the AAP actually does well to fill in those blanks. The coursework is comprehensive and creates a really solid foundation to--depending on what kind of student you are--land you that apprenticeship or even get started as a working artist. Since where I live doesn't offer any opportunities shop wise, I knew I would have to start my own studio. Needing that extra push of confidence being totally on my own, I did opt for an additional Tattooing101 rigorous mentorship, which I would not have been ready for if I hadn't already built the essential foundation that the AAP created--from sanitation to drills to design. I am now an established tattoo artist in my community and building my clientele. I forever have access to the AAP community on Facebook and all the previous courses that the instructors refresh and keep up to date, which is an amazing resource! Thanks so much, y'all!! <3

I loved this program. It was easy to follow, structured beautifully and made a breeze to understand with example and demonstrations in videos. Even after completing the program any time I felt like I wanted feedback on work or needed advice on how to get over different obstacles, I have found that the instructors take time to hear your issues out and give advice on how to progress. If you’re hell bent on becoming an artist and don’t know where to start, I highly recommend this program.

I really enjoy the classes this course provides. They’re very easy to follow. Also, the coaches are very involved in the Facebook group and reach out often to see where I and others are at in the program. Everyone I’ve encountered has been very kind, encouraging and helpful. Plus I’ve learned so much in such a short time and feel like I’m actually growing and moving towards my goals.

Where I live there is no opportunity for a traditional apprenticeship so I decided to learn on my own. This course gave me all of the tools needed to learn from proper hygiene, learning to design tattoos, equipment knowledge, marketing and proper techniques! The course is long with tons of videos and other resources. There are several professional tattoo artists that run the course. They give feedback often and are always there to answer any questions that you have. They also do live calls every week on various topics and to answer any questions you may have. 3 years ago I started on fake skin in my house. I set up a private studio in my basement to practice on family and friends once my skills improved. I now own my own tattoo shop downtown, fully licensed and health approved! I am fully booked 3 months in advance. This course requires a lot of self discipline and hard work in order to succeed. Your success depends on the amount of work you put into it. 100% worth the investment if you are willing to put in the effort.

Tattooing 101 came into my life at the perfect time. I joined the Artist Accelerator Program because I knew I wanted to do something more with my life, and when I came across Brandon's 20 minute video it made me feel like I could change my life. And so far it has. I've never touched a tattoo gun in my life and now I'm getting better and better with each day. Everyone involved in tattooing101 are amazing and they want you to succeed !

So if you have any self doubt and you're looking for a solid detailed program that can change your life, then I'd recommend tattooing101, because it's changing my life and I thought that would never happen.

The tattooing master class really broke everything down step by step. I followed every video in order. Doing all the exercises and tattooing just got easier and easier. It also feels good to have people in your life recognize the improvement in my work😀 I do recommend this program for people out there struggling on their own. I did that for many years and it sucked. This was what I needed to level up my tattooing. Thank you Tattooing 101!

Tattooing101 is a great group of like minded creatives with the common goal of entering the tattooing industry which has always been a tough one to get into. The Facebook page is great for giving each other feedback and sharing work, progress and success. I myself chose to do the artist accelerator course which offers 1 on 1 tuition from Brandon, Nathan and Maddox. I received some really good criticism and learned a lot throughout my journey here. Nathan critiqued even the smallest of details whilst reviewing my process/ work and left no stone unturned. Maddox was also especially helpful when it came to the designing and procreate side of things and really helped me push my art to new levels. I’m now nearly in my 5th month in a studio and secured a spot just by showing the owner my fake skins and designs. Once I’d set everything up in the shop he gave me the green light pretty much immediately to start booking in actual clients. So all in all, I’m forever grateful for the Tattooing 101 team for helping accelerate my journey, providing extensive constructive criticism and support along the way. I’d definitely recommend the artist accelerator program if you’re serious about getting into tattooing! Say goodbye to frantically jumping around on YouTube through various videos and becoming overwhelmed. These guys will guide you every step of the way!

Tattooing101 has completely transformed my career. I can confidently say they catapulted my skill level from amateur to studio-ready. The training goes far beyond technique. They guide you through every aspect of becoming a successful tattoo artist. From sharpening your drawing skills to answering shop-related questions and even teaching proven marketing strategies, they’ve got it all covered. If you’re serious about leveling up in the tattoo industry, this is the place to start.

I am having fun trying different nibs, pens, markers and paints, but some of the videos can be vague. One of my favorites is Artnight with Maddox teaching a variety of ways to progress your designs through Procreate. Then there is Nanthan who will have a Q&A session giving tips and ideas on how to perfect a specific tattoo you might be working on any other general questions you might have. Overall the group is most helpful and willing to answer any questions you might have and members will also critique you work and chime in on how to help fix a problem you might have on line work, machines, shading, fake skins, needle depth, hand speed, voltage and machine stroke.
This class has really taken my not so artistic mind and slowly opened it up to different ways of art combinations and remembering that art to each individual is totally subjective and not to be so critical of yourself, everyone wants you to be the best you can be all while being successful.
One thing I think that can be tweaked is there are some classes that are redundant example, the Jerry Rose the basic design is all we need many will always continue to tweak it to their liking.
Then the background music when moving on to another chapter. It needs to be more upbeat, overall
I really enjoy the 101 and this will be my go to for life.

If you want everything you need to know about tattooing to be centralized into one trustworthy program by tattoo artists that come from personal experience and years of tattooing—-Tattooing101 AAP program is that program! The mentors are awesome, as well as my fellow students.
I was able to complete the program on my own time, and learned a lot of information about the industry that you honestly can’t find anywhere else (there’s A LOT of gate keeping out there) I now have a job lined up in a tattoo shop, so grateful to Tat101 ❤️

Tattooing101 was amazing for me, I went from never having tattooed anyone to getting a job as a full artist in an established tattoo shop in less than six months. The program is extremely thorough when followed correctly and being diligent about all the assignments really brought me forward as an artist. The community group is also very helpful, answering any question I had and giving feedback on how to improve on certain projects. Overall it’s well worth the financial investment, especially if you really put the work in and understand that the hard work and dedication are an investment in yourself and your future!

My drawing has greatly improved and I appreciate all the advice on painting flash, tattooing, I have bookings coming out of my ears and a private studio and a year ago I thought it would be a dream that would never come true. The mentors as so full of info and willing to share everything they know I appreciate it so much. Owe you guys til the day I die xx

What can I say! I joined Tattooing 101 and the Artist Accelerator Program(AAP),a year ago, and honestly, it’s been life changing...literally. The way the course is laid out is super detailed, and if you just follow the modules step by step, it makes a huge difference in how fast you can grow. I didn’t fully realize how much it was helping until I looked back and saw the progress I was making.

After only 6 months, I was able to quit my 9-5 and landed a spot at a well-known shop. That definitely wouldn’t have happened without the support of the mentors and group. Max especially has been amazing. He’s been one of my biggest supporters from the start, and I still reach out to him for advice. He’s helped me grow not just as an artist, but as a person too. He was always there when I was stuck on something artistically or just needed advice on how to approach an upcoming tattoo.

Whether you're looking to just get started or build upon skills that already there, this program is 100% worth it!

I learned a lot from Tattooing 101, and it helped me to advance my tattooing career. The highlight for me has been the peers facebook group, where you get feedback, advise, and general support from fellow students and alumni.

Tattoo101 has been the greatest experience. I always wanted to follow my passion with art but didn't know how I would make it work. Came across a youtube video from them and was hooked. They taught me so much I couldn't help but sign up to a few of their courses. Everyone of them has taught me so much and I've finally been able to achieve my dream doing art full time. The way they structured the course making it so easy to follow along and the fact I could go through as fast or slow as I wanted. This was exactly what I needed.
