Selling rubbish

I placed the tattoo on my rest following the instructions. You could see the tattoo in faint grey color. I thought that it needed some time to get more visable. But it vanished instead. I emailed them but they don't reply. Will not buy here ever again thet can't be trusted.

Caution this shop is not trustworthy

Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience with this seller. I exercised my right of withdrawal and returned the goods within the legal 14-day period, in full accordance with EU consumer protection law.
The seller received the return but refused to issue a refund, wrongly claiming that the return was sent too late. Despite explaining the legal situation clearly, they continued to ignore my rights and refused to reimburse me.
I would not recommend this shop and advise others to be very careful.

Wasn't expecting much for the price but…

Wasn't expecting much for the price but I'm still disappointment. The resolution of the tattoo is equal to one I could have printed myself at home. You can tell that they just took the picture and scaled it up to fit the dimensions. Will not be buying from them again.

I ordered with them many times. Always good. Always

I ordered with them many times, the former webshop was a start up. But I have always been treated very kind and friendly. Once a package was lost, and it came above weeks later. The contacted me and asked me if I still wanted it or receive my money back. I have placed a few big orders, all packed immaculate and complete. Small tattoo's and large ones. I really really like and love this webshop. You will see me again soon! The tattoos are almost used up.

I had a very negative experience with…

I had a very negative experience with this business. I spent over an hour picking out tattoos for my niece and nephew, not thinking much about the ingredients or contents of them. Once they arrived they had a list of ingredients, including aluminum powder. Aluminum can have detrimental health effects (I know this because I was recently diagnosed with having toxic levels of aluminum in my body and I'm on a complicated chelation program that will take years to remove the toxin from my system). Aluminum is also linked to many degenerative diseases including dementia, Alzheimer's, ADHD, and autism. According to the Journal of Chemical Research in Toxicology, aluminum is known to cause neurological problems in humans, and there are multiple published studies examining its potential links with ASD. Google "Exposure to Aluminum, Cadmium, and Mercury and Autism Spectrum Disorder in Children: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis". I wrote to the business and said I was disappointed to learn that these products contained this ingredient. They said, "All of our tattoos have been tested for the maximum amounts, both for Europe and America. And they are found to be good for both. So you certainly don't need to worry. We would certainly not sell unhealthy tattoos. We have a 2-ling of 6 years old and we would not feel good if we would sell something that is not safe for children." I replied and said regardless of what you say, I don't feel safe giving these products to my niece and nephew, and I also suggested they list the ingredients of the products on the website. Had I known the contents, I wouldn't have made the purchase. They then refused to offer me a refund, saying they weren't obliged as I was in the UK. I argued that they should stipulate that in their terms and conditions, and that they were violating my consumer rights. I then received an email, stating, and I quote: "Here is the manager. It is a pity that you are afraid of the "aluminium" in the tattoos. Our company has been around for 12 years and we have never had a single complaint about a rash or anything like that. Our (nipple) tattoos are also sold to people who have had their breast removed because of cancer. We have never had any reactions to this. And we sell a few million tattoos a year! I find it striking that in this Covid era you would complain about the fact that it contains "aluminium". Have you already received your Covid vaccine? Your booster shot? Or does that make you an anti-vaxxer who doesn't/can't go anywhere? I think you are better off worrying about that than a little tattoo that is glued to the skin and can be washed off...Anyway, if you're still not convinced, send the tattoos and we'll put them back where they came from (about an hour's work anyway). Once all the tattoos are returned in good condition, we will proceed with the refund. Kind regards, Heink*TattooForAWeek.com." Shocking right? I replied that I am vaccinated but I prefer to leave my aluminum consumption to essential things. I then returned the package, not hearing anything for days, then received a promotional email. On the back of this I asked what was up with my refund. They replied and said they had to pay import fees to have the package delivered and they refused to do this. So I paid the return package fee, and the return import fee (pretty sure this wasn't necessary as duties were already paid when they were sent to me, but oh well). I finally received my refund many days later. I would avoid dealing with this company at all costs. You can't run an online business, not disclose the contents of your products, and then refuse to offer a refund when a customer is unhappy with the ingredients.

Avoid

Avoid. I would give it a zero if I could.
The tattoos selection is great, however poor customer service.
Purchased a tattoo, received an email confirmation and shortly after a link to track it that wouldn’t work.
I kindly asked for help and they blamed the disservice on the delivery company which is always a bad sign. I needed my order urgently so I agreed to pay extra to get it as soon as possible. There was some miscommunication on the price (asked me to pay an amount then increased it ) which was weird but the way they have dealt with it when I questioned them about the price, horrible. They have cancelled my order and replied to me with a very personal, childish email still blaming the delivery company. Avoid.

nope

the selection is not really that great, and kids and adults tattoos mixed together, so you have to browse through Disney to find something serious. Most of the tattoos come in small sizes only - again, assuming kids. Delivery took longer than majority of my purchases online - and I chose the site over others thinking it will deliver fast. And when you complain (admittedly, in frustration), instead of asking how they can improve, they brag to you that they have 10,000 customers and 99% of them are "happy". Join the "happy" at your own risk. I will try tattoosales next time I go party - even with delivery from the US it may be cheaper.
