Louis was pleasant enough ,when I could contact him!
However I had to ring around the other branches to ask other salesman at their other car yards for him to contact me
Also didn’t really chase up the service history ,as Irequested in the end I did it myself but it was easy enough just asked a vw commercial centre for it ,its online
The plus point was the suggestion of including RAC mechanical cover included in the price instead of the Tates in house warranty as I travelled down to Brighton from Yorkshire
Also he did pick me up from the train station ,so on balance not too bad
In comparison to a BMW which I bought at the same time they delivered the vehicle from London for nothing,full tank of fuel ,logged my warranty for me ,replaced a back up key for nothing ,rang me to ensure I was completely happy ,even knocked an additional £500 off without me asking ….that is a 5 star service

We visited on a whim, just tentatively looking for a small used car. The salesman not only remembered my name, but also what car we had bought 7 years ago!
Walked away less than an hour later with an agreement in place.

At Tates Citreon cars of Brighton we had a great deal of advice from Connor Hayward. The showroom, with its friendly atmosphere, provided a comfortable viewing environment. Marc understood me and what vehicle I was looking for, and Marc was able to provide useful information without being too pushy. I was so impressed, that I had a budget set in mind but up it to get the vehicle, From setting foot in the showroom I was looked after by Andrew who was a senior Manager. During this time I was offered a coffee which was made by a guy who was polishing a car but stopped to make it, very family-filling. Document management during the procurement process was efficient and the negotiation process was transparent. Overall, the showroom was a pleasant experience combined with knowledgeable friendly staff and a fun atmosphere. The whole experience lead to greater customer satisfaction and great experience,100% recommended.

Find Nathan great to deal with. Made me feel at ease dealing with buying the car and doing the test drive. Found him very fair with the part ex of the car. Everything I asked to be done to the car i was buying was done. Can't fault the experience at all.
