I am very disappointed with my order i paid for the resin frame but they send me a cheap quailty frame which was also broken . I tried to contact them but they do not reply to my messages.

I ordered a resin birthday card and was promised delivery by the 24th/25th for a birthday on the 28th. They didn’t even ship it until the 25th and then blamed the courier. When it finally arrived (late), the product was very disappointing it wasn’t resin at all, just a basic photo frame, and the frame itself was damaged from the back with dents, peeling, and discoloration. The overall quality was far below expectations.

Customer service was also poor. After I made full payment, they stopped responding to my messages. I regret paying in advance. The design I finalized and what was delivered was also different.
I made separate payment for a premium box but was sent a significantly different substandard box.
There are many other vendors offering better quality and pricing. Very disappointed with the experience.
I do not recommend.

Great quality, easy to use online design tool, very reliable delivery and friendly and competent customer service.

Irresponsive after the order and delivery. I was not satisfied with the temperature bottle they didn't even bother replying. Wont recommend.

Got a neon sign for my daughter from Tasweer, It was delivered exactly as I customized it from their website. Font and size was same as I ordered. Build quality is perfect and so is its glow in the room. Highly recommended if you want a personalized neon sign
