There is no easy-to-use interface to cancel the subscription, and customer support does not respond to inquiries. This is very disappointing and leaves a bad impression. Because of this experience, I will seriously reconsider whether I order from them again in the future or recommend their services to others. So far, my overall experience has been quite negative.

Good product but terrible customer service.
Slovenian company claiming that they produce products in Slovenia and they're selling those products in Slovenia to Slovenian customers but yet they use English language to communicate with customers. User interface for customers to manage their account is in English, survey about their product and service is in English. Just a reminder - Slovenia is sovereign country with Slovenian as official language.
And once I confronted them about this issue they indifferently replied that I can use a translator if I have problem with this! Not all their customers are so good in computers that they could use all that technology. I'm sure that it would be much easier (not to mention more proper) for them to induce Slovenian language to their communication with customers than customers to struggle with translation.

2 fantastic products, you have to try
Quick response from the team, extremely fast delivery and two fantastic products.
I wanted to give up regular coffee for many years but it didn't work. Because of the product 2.0 I don't even think about regular coffee anymore.
I drink Refresh 2.0 either in the afternoon at work or before home workout. The taste is great and level of energy is much higher.

Love me some good coffee cocoa
The coffee product is really good. I love me some hot cocoa and the vanilla one resembles it so good that I can even drink it without milk. The only downside is that the serving spoon is inside the bag and your hand gets coffee on it. Its easily solved if you put the coffee in the container.

Coffee 2.0 really surprised me. It’s smooth, not too strong, and has a clean taste with no bitterness. What I appreciate most is the steady boost in focus, it wakes me up without the usual jitters.
