The subscription fee was deducted, and when I contacted them by email, they expressed their willingness to refund the amount. I am now waiting for the refund and have had an excellent experience.

I was interested in purchasing a mini coca cola fridge which was advertised by a local supermarket. Needless to say I never received it and instead ended up with a subscription for this site. Deductions were made bi monthly and I did not scrutinize my bank account as the amount was small. I have no interest in purchasing anything else from the site as delivery is very difficult in the country I live in. I am grateful for the quick response when I canceled my subscription.

Your fast reply and competed to customer's ease and service. If I got the debited amount back that will be your great effort to me. Please make it in your 1st priority. As I'm out of my budget that you debited from my account.
Please don't make any transactions further in future.
And if you credit my amount back to my account please inform me.

The case team handled my complaint properly and refunded the amount.

So instead of them giving back my refund from May 2023 they keeping sending me letters to remove my review after they have scammed me what a shame, you guys can keep that registration fee and carry on and scam other people to get rich.

They will compensate after a misunderstanding.

Actually I think company good but I don't want to continue right now.sorry about that
