I ordered a bundle of three flavors: Hot Honey Sriracha, Fiery Mango Habanero and Sesame Ginger Teriyaki. So far, I have tried the Hot Honey and Fiery Mango and they are both phenomenal! The Fiery Mango definitely has a kick, but not overpowering. I have been eating bland chicken and rice and these sauces have me looking forward to my meal and I have only been using them for a few days!! I am going to tell anyone who will listen they need to buy immediately! AND, I love what Joey represents! Thank you for making these sauces healthy and delicious!!

If you thought low-calorie sauce meant bland compromise, think again. I recently tried a bundle from Taste Flavor Co., and from first dip to last drizzle, it delivered real flavour without the guilt.

I started with the Cherry Smoked BBQ and was surprised by how juicy the cherry note was,smoke and sweet tang in one, and only 10 calories? A rare combo. Then the Spicy Garlic Parm brought serious garlic punch and real parmesan richness, with a heat that sticks around just the right amount. The Hot Honey Sriracha kicked it up further,sweet honey upfront then a cheeky sting of sriracha.

What I love most: these sauces don’t feel like diet versions of something,they are full-flavour. The ingredients read like something you’d pick for serious cooking, not just a “health sauce.” Bonus: they’re keto friendly, gluten-free and seed-oil free.

Shipping to the UK was smooth (for me in Bristol/UK), and the bundle pricing makes sense if you’re trying flavours. If you’re someone who cares about what you put on your food and how it tastes...and maybe you also care about supporting guys like Joey who are putting a lot of heart into a product,then these are a solid buy.

Never tried this, but as a woman who is tired of being accosted in gym locker rooms by people who ignore basic biology and act entitled, I am deeply thankful for everything this guy did for us.
