Very Efficient!

Good experience despite initial technical issues
I would have put 5 stars, but I had really frustrating issues with the app and managing my account. Customer support was really helpful though and they my did sort out the issue for me, but I still think the issues and glitches should be resolved on both app and the website.
Apart from these technical issues, the overall experience was quite positive. The tasker who did the work was very good: punctual, professional and very efficient.
The prices are reasonable and there is good availability of taskers.

Strange company
Weird company. Ordered a sofa at ikea with service of montage for the sofa. They told me I had to download the app of taskrabbit. I signed in for a task. Then I received various sms messages that someone was trying to contact me but I could not reply in the chat. When I would go to the app my task was gone and this happened 3 times. So now no one replies. And I dont know if anyone will come. The communication is very bad. They also don't reply on a message of customer service.
