Furniture has been damaged in assembly, tasker left without telling us. I have contacted Taskrabbit and reported a claim, 5 days later still no reply. Paid £117 for the service I’m now left with a wardrobe that I paid £490 + £117 that’s damaged. Would not recommend using, paid a trusted fee and had no help what’s so ever. Disgusting customer service

The service and the assembly of furniture that needed doing were booked at the time of making my purchase of furniture.
The communication from then on were through Task rabbits own independent system with a price that was paid at the time of my purchase and the booking for assembly.
I was assigned a Taskrabbit operative, who then contacted me to confirm details.
Everything flowed from making my purchase to having my new furniture assembled and in place. The operative was courteous, prompt, very tidy, a clean efficient workman.

Prompt, polite and did a good job.

I needed someone on a specific date and time so booked accordingly as their calendars showed. the first person was not actually available that day at all nor until the following week So I had to spend time looking again. (He was, however very communicative and polite).

The second booking has just cancelled on me last minute evening before. I need the job done tomorrow morning and have no way now of getting anyone.

I've never used Task Rabbit before and will not again now.

Very impressed with the service provided by task rabbit via ikea. Andy the tradesman was prompt efficient and did a great job. Easy to receive messages and was kept up to date throughout.

Task rabbit is a really clever idea, which fills a very obvious gap in the market and is a win/win for both service provider and service user.
It's fast, efficient and quickly puts you in touch with what you need.
The hourly rates are a little high and they could be more open about the added cost of using the service. The feedback process is far too complex,I couldn't find a way to simply rate my service provider without having to give them a tip or send them a private message.

It was easy to set up a time and the person who helped me was responsive and efficient.

Reuben came on time and carried out the task, no fuss, no problems.
I would recommend him.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY HAVE A CANCELLATION FEE OF 56 pounds even though their task rabbits cancel on the same day or at the same time the job is supposed to star. The customer service is also APPALLING they completely ignore my calls and email so I have to escalate on my end. Please don’t use them I have told all my friends and family to avoid this scammer company

There was a part missing and the fitter couldn’t finish, he was great but beaten task rabbit in rebooking a fitter and ikea sending the part wasn’t very professional

Islam was very kind and helpful, answering my questions about the product and explaining how to open and close the folding bed and it's different features.
He also built it so so quickly and was very mindful of the space and being tidy. I really appreciate and respect his wonderful execution and professionalism. I would HIGHLY recommend! Thank you so much Islam!

The couple kept me informed of arrival time. The work was quick and efficient with all waste removed constantly and on a number of times during the installation they asked us to check to make sure we were happy with the positioning etc

Booking process is very easy. I booked general mounting tasker and an electrical tasker. Both communicated well ahead and on the day of the planned work. The rates are good. I would recommend and use it again.
