Taskeasy is a racial company

Taskeasy is a racial company. I use to be a vendor for task easy and they always mess over the contractors. They don't pay, they low ball you, and Lupe the field manager is very racist. She terminated all black vendors. The service is horrible, the communication is horrible and you won't be paid.

I created a fall cleanup task and it was approved and it was supposed to be schedule but after 8 days no one showed up so I called them and they said they no one in my area and they canceled the task
If they didn’t have any one then they should have accepted job in first place
Now at end of November and I can’t find any one

Reschedule and Never Show

For two weeks, I've been trying to get my lawn mowed. They have rescheduled every single day for the last two weeks. At this point, my lawn is so overgrown that the mowers they send out look at my lawn and then drive off without touching it.

I was encouraged by Maymont Homes to use this service, but it's been a disaster. I've tried to terminate it twice now, and I keep getting a response saying that my lawn service has been rescheduled for tomorrow. And when tomorrow comes, no one comes.

Terrible Service

Terrible Service, Shady Contractors, and Bogus Charges – BEWARE!

TaskEasy has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a lawn service company. Their contractors are completely unprofessional and the company takes no accountability for their actions.

First, they tried to charge me over $200 for “high grass” when they didn’t even bother to measure the entire yard — just one corner! They also failed to come out for two weeks, and yes, it rained during that time, but that’s on them, not me. I refused to pay that bogus charge.

On top of that, they charged me $90 for bush trimming that was never done — and I have pictures to prove it. One of their shady contractors even cut my entire backyard using a weed eater instead of a mower, leaving my yard looking like a disaster. I had to tell them to go back and get a mower to do the job correctly.

TaskEasy hires unqualified, careless contractors and does nothing to hold them accountable. If you dispute their bogus fees, they’ll discontinue your service rather than fix the problem.

I live in an HOA community where my grass must be maintained, yet I’m dealing with incomplete work, poor communication, and a company that clearly doesn’t care about its customers. This entire experience has been stressful, unprofessional, and unacceptable.

Save yourself the headache — avoid TaskEasy at all costs!

Material Breach of Contract

Customer approved a bid and demanded far more than what was in the agreement, process then went into "second chance offer" which was their way of getting out of paying since I could not complete triple the work that was originally submitted in the bid.

TaskEasy owes me $400

TaskEasy owes me $400. We’ll get there soon. This company has some of the worst processes that screw over the contractor. They do no pay a trip charge for you traveling to a property that can not be worked on due to construction going on, or painting. They say because there is another house close you get to waste your time while I imagine they get paid a bit for the trip. It takes 10-15 minutes to get all the proper stuff done that we don’t get paid for. With gas at $6/gallon in California, they should pay something for the time.

Now back to my $400. I had a bid that was put in via the bid team after I told them I didn’t want to do a certain job. The bid team, specifically Silvia, placed a bid for $400 that was approved by the client. I was willing to do the job for that so I proceeded to do so. I have an email confirmation, screen shot of the job with the payout, and the job being completed. I completed the job and the extra funds for the bid was not on my payout. I reached out and was told it was due to the funds being added from a bid that was submitted in April. The bid team dropped the ball and used previous photos not the ones I took. So based on their mess up I am not receiving my funds. They are not taking responsibility and legal obligation for my payout based on the written proof I have for my payout.
