We do not use Trustpilot because they do not monitor their reviews. This review channel receives 300% more SPAM than Google reviews. We would use Trustpilot if they could manage the fake reviews, but at the moment, they let any random fake review post. This is not helpful. There are some real reviews and you know they are real because we answer them appropriately. If we do not answer them appropriately, then they are not real, and Trustpilot needs to do its job and take them down. We are the best virtual assistant company on the planet. Being the best in any industry sets you up as a target. So, if the competition wants to bring attention to this platform with their fake reviews, fine. We will use this platform to let people know what we are offering. Here is a list of what we offer: - Free Trial - 60-day money-back guarantee - No contracts - Bucket hours roll over for 90 days. - You do not purchase more bucket hours until your current hours run out. - 24/7 Customer support - Dedicated managers - Dedicated VAs - Quality control team - US-VAs - PH-VAs - Brick and mortar PCI compliant call center - PTO for employees - HMO for employees - Customer control on VA pay - Marketing Dashboard - Project Management System - The lowest turnover rate in the industry, boasting - - 10+ years of employment in management. - 10+ for many VAs - Vetted VAs - Background checks - Training - On-staff life coach free for employees - NDAs signed by all employees - Continued education free to employees - US company - Over 10 years in business

Avoid!

Been trying to reach them forever. Only a basic bot for communication, promising a call back. No response to emails.

They won't stop emailing me to sell their services.

These people started emailing me, insisting I hire their people. They won't go away. I NEVER requested to be on their email list. There is NO option to opt out of their harassing emails.

So David’s emails are pretend? Then he can stop spamming me with unwanted sales emails.

I never placed any orders with Task Bullet.

I never requested information.

I never requested to be contacted in any way shape or form by Task Bullet.

Cease and desist!

Previously tried to engage

Previously tried to engage - after repeated emails no one reached out money was paid. Wasted my time, waited a week with no engagement or anything.

If you do go for them pay by paypal. At least you can get a refund with no quibbles. (That's the saving grace). I wouldn't recommend.

Edson, you signed up on 11/21 (a Thursday night). You received payment notifications, a welcome email and an invite to Basecamp. (the project management software we use)

You were supposed to book a "welcome call" after you signed up but apparently it was glitching at that time.
You managed to let us know there was a problem with the link by using our 24/7 chat on taskbullet.com.
Here is what you said:
"Hi

I cannot book a call....

The link does not work.

I have been waiting for someone to either message me on skype or not but not heard anything.

Edson"

We responded with:
"Hi Edson,

Sorry about the link not working, can we give you a call on Monday or do you need something sooner? Can you give me a number to reach you at and a time that works good for you?

Thanks,"

On 11/23 (Saturday) you put a hold on your payment.
On 11/25 (Monday) we approved the refund. Just like we say we will in our 90-day money-back guarantee.

So when you say in your review "after repeated emails no one reached out" Are you saying Danny (the person that responded to your chat) is a "no one" or did you not include that interaction in your review to make yourself look like the victim here? (screenshots available if you would like)

The one-star review seems ridiculous You didn't do your part in using our services and canceled basically one working day after signing up. We have a 24/7 customer support line and 24/7 online chat. (which you used and we replied) you could have waited until Monday.

Instead, you sign up at night, email on a Friday and cancel on Saturday. Then we approved the refund as to not make you wait for your money and we get the 1-star review??

I guess the silver lining here is we get to tell people more about our services via the response to your ridiculous review and neither of us wasted any more time than necessary to determine we are not a good fit.

Good luck in the future.

No integrity

I had a freelancer from this company who basically ripped me off. He spent time doing his personal work when he was supposed to be completing tasks for me.

Taskbullet didn't stand by their client and actually tried to argue with me, even after I showed evidence (eg. browsing history, screenshots, etc.).

Do NOT use this company, they don't look after their clients and don't quality check/verify their freelancers.

Rob, thank you for updating your name. I do see your account from way back in 2016. You purchased hours from us four times over the span of 2 months.
Why did you purchase hours 4 times if the service was so bad? I would think one time would be enough, lol.

In 2016 we were not the company we are today.
We did not have our QA department checking tasks and ensuring the VAs were on task.
We did not have near the SOPs and training we have in place now.
We did not have our dedicated recruiting team bringing in higher-end employees.
I'm not sure we had our bucket system and 60-day money-back guarantee.

We have come a long way and would love a chance to redeem ourselves. I want to offer you a free Starter Bucket if you are willing to try one more time.

Contact me if you would like to take advantage of my offer; this is Wesley.
