Deceptive/Confusing Marketing

Deceptive/Confusing Marketing
I attempted to purchase a PULSE 2 for Father's day. I tried to use the promotional discount that is highlighted and sent out on emails claiming "20% off Pulse 2 now through June 12th using code GIFT4DAD" I attempted to use this with the $299.99 "cosmetically blemished Pulse 2". The discount code would not work. I emailed customer service who did get back quickly. They pointed out that one has to somehow know to find and go to the Terms and Conditions page and just have to know and be willing to scroll through several pages to find the very last page and last item that states the code does not apply to the "blemish" discounted item for Father's day. This is not easily found and appears to be misleading as the top of the banner on the website no where states that the dad cannot get a discount on the blemish. I would imagine that a reputable company would put an asterisk or state at the top of their banner - does not apply to items already discounted. Their website is misleading as is their marketing email. I went back and looked at the email I was sent and no where does it rfer to the Terms and conditions, nor does it state that the 20% cannot be used with the Pulse 2 with Blemishes. So be aware of this misleading advertisement. A company with high standards would have simply stated "forgive us, let us offer you 20% and correct this problem" but that never occurred.

Was sent a defective product

Was sent a defective product. Was asked to return it which I did. It was sent back to them approx 3 months ago( tracking was confirmed)

They never responded with how to proceed with a new product/ credit. Their customer service is terrible and they have been ghosting me ever since, The item I purchased was not cheap! I am sure the company is reputable but their customer service is horrible and I am out close to $400!
They kept my product and told me they are going to destroy it ( which we have in writing) )
They proceeded to offer us a 35 percent discount on a new product

Terrible Customer Service

Purchased a product from this site. I promptly received a shipping notification and then was charged over some $400 for the purchase. 2 days later UPS informs me of a delay. 2 days after that I write the company and it takes them a day and a half to reply that they will start an investigation. The following day, UPS says the package will arrive the next day. It doesn't. A call to UPS reveals that the company created the label, but the package was never shipped. I sent a new email to the company and demanded they either ship me the product or refund my money. They refuse to do either citing that until their investigation is concluded which will take 10 days easily they can do nothing. I told them I would dispute the charge and they informed me that they would not refund my money for several months if I did that. This company used to be great, but it was bought by AXON and so my experience is they are not a customer experience driven company. If you wish to be passive aggressively threatened and have your money held hostage for a mistake they made, by all means do business with them.
