Quick shipping and total transparency

They were quick to ship, and when I had to return an item, the return process was simple and efficient. However, the refund took longer than expected due to the Christmas holidays. Even so, they were always transparent and answered my questions at all times.

Outstanding Customer Service

I could not have had better service from Taros! Unfortunately, my small order was delayed by the courier and one piece arrived damaged but their customer service did everything possible to solve the problem and offer a refund. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Marian Kolev and his flawless…

Marian Kolev and his flawless attitude/politeness/professionalism towards clients’ needs & complaints, plus his attention to detail (as well as his ability to solve problems) is the ONLY reason why I decided not to sue this company. He is a credit to his job, and I will only continue to buy from Taros as long as he is still working there.
